I used SwiftPro for a small roof vent pipe repair project. They responded quicky to my initial request and scheduled an inspection promptly and at my convenience. The inspection was followed up the same day by an estimate, complete with photo documentation, for my review. Upon my approval, the work was scheduled the next business day. Photo documentation of the completed work was provided for my review prior to invoicing. All in all, the process was smooth and the work very professional. I am highly satisfied with SwiftPro and will not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

A few days before the end of the year our HVAC needed to be replaced (leak and mold). After shopping around, we decided to hire SwiftPro for the job based on their competitive price and excellent reviews. Tyler advised us extremely well, spent a lot of time answering our questions and sharing his extensive professional knowledge with us even on a Saturday evening. He made us feel 100% supported and understood. And he even managed to schedule the replacement before the end of 2024 in order for us to get a consequent tax rebate. Efrain showed up on time the day of and spent the entire day installing our new bundle (HVAC, compressor and heat pump.) We could not be happier with SwiftPro's team and are very grateful to have found them. We cannot recommend them enough.

Today my toilet developed a pretty serious leak and no longer flushed properly. I turned off the water yet the leak remained. I wondered how I would survive the upcoming snow storm with such a problem. Fortunately SwiftPro agreed to send a plumber today! Efrain showed up on time, was very professional, capable, and efficient. He was a true blessing and had my toilet repaired and functioning perfectly within a short period of time. The price for the Trane system was significantly below what the competitors were offering, and every aspect of the installation process went very smoothly. When I had some trouble with the control panel after the installers had left, the owner, Tyler, got the technician immediately on the phone to correct my mistake. The added bonus is that the air quality of my home has clearly improved by reducing dramatically the use of my natural-gas burning furnace. Swiftpro's technician who did the installation of our new gas dryer was professional, did a good job and left no mess. They were on time & took away the old dryer (for a fee). Home Depot would have done it (for a fee) but Home Depot didn't realize that a gas technician needed to be there to disconnect the gas line.

I will definitely call on these folks again! Our heat pump was nearly failing, and Indira was able to send a technician out the same day. She also kept in touch to ensure the technician was on his way and to check on the status of the service. Our technician, Moises Rojas, was not only professional but also courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue and presented us with options. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything beyond what was offered. Wish I had found this company sooner!

Highly recommend SwiftPro for HVAC and furnace works. SwiftPro replaced the furnace for me quickly, just in time before the cold days. They are very quick to response, their quote is reasonable. The installation was done professionally. They thoroughly tested the system. The water heater had some issue after the furnace install, and they quickly came and found the root cause of the issue, which was not related to furnace installation.

Moises and SwiftPro were excellent. They cleaned my dryer duct and repaired an area that had become disconnected and was therefore posing a fire hazard. Moises was punctual, friendly, and even went the extra mile to help me briefly with another small household project.

Tyler and his team are fantastic! They were very prompt and professional. We had a new HVAC system installed in our new (to us) house, as well as some plumbing work done for our hot water heater and master bathroom renovation. They did a great job on all of it and when there was a small misunderstanding on the work needed, it was promptly remedied and Eddie went above and beyond to fix the mistake. Hopefully the reputation they have right now can last a long time. I didn't end up getting services done by them as I'm instead using my home warranty to repair our HVAC. I will speak for their professionalism, though. Alex H. was very respectful and even though he drove out for another meeting and I told him when he got here that we were going to go down a different route to fix our HVAC, he didn't give me any pressure or guilt trip me for making the trek. To top it off, they quoted me the best price for replacing our system after talking with 4 other companies. Will most likely reach out to them if I need more HVAC help.

Wonderful experience with the SwiftPro Team. They installed 2 new heat pump systems in my large historic home with all new ductwork. It was a challenging project but Moises, Oscar and the team worked hard to make it happen. Eddie handled a bunch of handyman projects for us as well and did nice work. Juan Carlos and the electricians also worked hard to get all of our electrical upgraded with a larger service size and all new electrical panel. Tyler was great with communication and oversight. Extremely happy with my much more comfortable home!
