Completely satisfied with furnace replacement. Tyler was on the phone back and forth to make sure I received the service I need and he also tried to work with me to fit with my budget. David and Oscar did excellent job to get the project done and made sure everything meet the requirements. They removed the old furnace and replaced the new one. Also, they helped to install and set up new thermostat. They made sure to clean up before they left.
After the first amazing impression with them, I went ahead to have a duct cleaning schedule again. This time, I had Alex and Anthony took care of the cleaning. They did a wonderful job again.

Very happy with my experience with SwiftPro. I had hired Kieran’s team before when he was at the Irish Plumber, so that is how I found SwiftPro (they merged).

I called at 8am today about our malfunctioning sump pump and immediately got a live person on the line (Jay). The plumber, Kieran, was at my house around 1:30pm and got the work done (new sump pump) in about an hour.

There was a mix up at first where a HVAC tech came instead of a plumber, but Kieran came right over and was there 20 min after they realized the mistake.

Moises (HVAC tech), Kieran (plumber), and Jay (dispatcher) were all very kind, efficient, and professional. I’m confident that the work was done well at a fair price.

SwiftPro’s Kieran did a super job resolving our plumbing issue. He expertly transformed our existing, overly complicated plumbing set up to a more direct, streamlined set up for our kitchen. Alex showed up on time and gave me a good explanation of the work that was needed and an estimate that seemed fair given how much plumbers get on an hourly basis. He also was careful to point out potential problems with old valves that had not been moved for 30 years and the fact they may need to be replaced if they failed.

Called these guys for some plumbing work. A previous plumber had said that in order to reach the part of the pipe that was leaking, he would have to take apart some brick work & that I would need to call in a mason after to put it back together. The technician that SwiftPro sent, Eddy, assessed the situation and was able to get to the pipe through drywall instead, saving me money and headache. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to really show me where the problem was. Great service overall.

He took the lead on the project and ensured that every detail was met even though there were delays caused by other companies that were involved in the solar panel install. Moises was very professional when he arrived and was able to find out what the problem was. He was polite, diligent, and efficient and he was able to make our system work for a few days until the part arrived. What I especially liked is before he arrived they posted a picture of him to me via text letting me know who to expect at my front door.

The valve system on one of toilets gave up the ghost a week or so ago. We contacted Kieren, the Irish Plumber and now at SwiftPro. We had used him years ago, knew he was very competent, so called on him again. And -- yes! --- he came over, repaired our toilet promptly and left us with a few suggestions about how to track down an apparent leak in our outdoor water line. [Sigh.]

Excellent HVAC service for a fair and reasonable price. Moises Rojas fixed my home’s whole house humidifier, which I had no idea wasn’t working for over two years since moving into this house, and now the air in my home is very comfortable.
