They are very responsive to your phone calls and text. Any of the delays were mostly on my part to answer the emails or text sent back to me. I would recommend Sunset Sales to anyone looking in this area of Florida.

Overall pleased. Realtor was patient and provided most information requested.
Couple of things that would have helped would have been to manage process through SaaS or CRM interface rather than relying email except for signing. Recommending mortgage that supports manufactured homes would help.

recently sold our trailer with Mary and she was the absolute best. never have been in the process before to sell a home and she walked me through it and was really easy to do she was very attentive professional made me feel comfortable from the first meeting she was on top of everything she also got me top dollar I never would have expected to be able to sell my trailer for what we did put my home up in August and by the end of October we were out that's how fast the process was and how easy it was highly recommend sunset 1 2 3 as your company but as your go-to person it's Mary

Recently sold my trailer with Mary and she was the best realtor a person could ever ask for very first meeting she made me feel very comfortable and at ease with the whole process she was very attentive on point always kept me in the loop if ever I had a question she always responded back in a timely fashion. She also got me top dollar there was a little bit of negotiation but it wasn't much highly recommend using Sunset especially Mary she was awesome
