Robert and Kelly were Extremely great to work with. Any questions I asked they usually knew the answer and if they didn't, they got right back to me. Overall pleased. Realtor was patient and provided most information requested.
Couple of things that would have helped would have been to manage process through SaaS or CRM interface rather than relying email except for signing. Recommending mortgage that supports manufactured homes would help.

As home sales have slowed down I'm very happy with Sunset 123 for continued effort to sell my place and getting a good return for me. Cindy put so much effort into this sale. Thank you!
