April Tucker was our agent and was phenomenal. I live in CT and was purchasing a home in Lakeland and April handled the distant transactions so well. April was responsive to all my questions. I would recommend April to anyone purchasing a home.

We are obviously pleased that we chose Sunset 123 because our home was sold in a very timely manner and for a wonderful price. But more importantly we were very impressed and pleased with our wonderful sales agent Chrissy Walter.
Chrissy was very nice, polite and professional. She really knew her stuff and and made the whole process stress free while being reassuring and positive (great smile) throughout. We had a lot of laughs and tears during this time. Chrissy is a remarkable agent and we were so lucky to work with her.
We would also like to thank the rest of the staff for all the work you did on our behalf. We will always speak highly of Sunset 123.

Sunset Home Sales Replied: We're so glad to hear that you had such a positive experience with Chrissy and the team at Sunset Home Sales—your kind words truly motivate us to keep delivering exceptional service!

Jim Hamilton was my agent. He was very positive regarding the sale of my home. I priced it right, and he had only three showings (one was not even scheduled).
