We sold our home very quickly and were impressed with Chrissy and D’Wayne Walter from the first meeting first-rate professionals that kept us informed throughout the entire process. The listing experience was very positive. Our home sold on the first day of listing, about 6 hour later. We would recommend and have too 3 neighbors and their team to other sellers and buyers. Selling your home is very emotional and knowing you have someone working with you to complete the whole process through closing certainly helps to relieve some of the stress. We saw a home online and inquired with Melissa of Sunset Homes. From the first contact, she was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We are from Maryland and looking to buy in the Merritt Island area.

The home we liked got sold before we could get down to see it. Fortunately, we had a trip to Florida planned for over Thanksgiving.

Melissa worked with us on our tight schedule to see a few homes during that trip. We didn’t find what we wanted then, but kept in touch with her and she let us know about new listings.

We returned to Florida in early January. Melissa had a new listing that we fell in love with. She worked very hard to negotiate a deal with the sellers which fit into our tight budget. From the contract to the closing, and even after, Melissa has been wonderful.
