We saw a home online and inquired with Melissa of Sunset Homes. From the first contact, she was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We are from Maryland and looking to buy in the Merritt Island area.

The home we liked got sold before we could get down to see it. Fortunately, we had a trip to Florida planned for over Thanksgiving.

Melissa worked with us on our tight schedule to see a few homes during that trip. We didn’t find what we wanted then, but kept in touch with her and she let us know about new listings.

We returned to Florida in early January. Melissa had a new listing that we fell in love with. She worked very hard to negotiate a deal with the sellers which fit into our tight budget. From the contract to the closing, and even after, Melissa has been wonderful.

Dwayne was our agent, and I cannot recommend him enough. There were multiple issues that came up in the process of the sale of our RV and he was able to handle them all extremely well. To top it off multiple other agents came to the table as well to make sure that closing was able to happen, and the both the buyer and I were happy. 10/10 recommend and my only regret is that I did not have him the first month that I put it on the market.

We highly recommend working with Chrissy Walter from Sunset Home Sales. We were selling our MH property in Florida from over 2000 miles away and needless to say that was not an easy process. However, Chrissy was so easy to work with, quick to respond to our questions and if anything needed to be done or coordinated she did it.
