5 stars They are very easy to work with and they go out of there way to take care of you. The oral surgery team was great and the surgeon was very good at explaining the process.

I've have had two visits, one two years ago and one just last week, both were pleasant visits. I was in and out in no time and it didn't even hurt. The really tall Oral surgeon at the Fenton location was totally awesome. He explained everything and was quick to extract the problem teeth. The staff was efficient and especially kind even though there was a problem with my insurance. They allowed me to make a call to straighten the insurance mess and still agreed to see me even though dealing with the insurance issue ran me beyond my appointment time. I would highly recommend Southwest Oral Surgery to anyone needing their services. They really are the best.

It was a very quick surgery! I loved that. Everyone was friendly in the office. Discharge instructions were covered well.
There are some processes that don’t flow well. I was sent a text with a link to a form the day before. This was duplicative as I had already completed this with my first visit so I shouldn’t have to do it again. I was disappointed that a pain medication and the generic ATB RX could not be sent to the pharmacy in advance. This is a common patient centered process for planned surgeries. The last thing a patient feels like doing is running around to get RX. Lastly, the phone number given in the text to call if questions, was never answered. It just continued to ring.

quick and easy, not super comforting but was my first surgery ever

Awesome experience. I was so nervous but Dr. Reti got my wisdom tooth out quickly...couldn't believe how quick it was honestly! No pain! The rest of the staff were so caring and friendly too.
