I needed some dental work done and the whole staff from the CSR to the tech in the room to the doctor. They were all very knowledgeable and did great, quick work!!!

I had a tooth extracted and an implant put in at the Crestwood location. My doctor was Dr. Setzke. He did a great job and was very nice as well. I want to give a huge shout out to Jess and Stacey (the dental assistants), they were awesome! Super caring and friendly. I was nervous and they went out of their way to talk to me and make me feel more calm and relaxed.

Very friendly and informative. I was treated with kindness and taken care of very well. Good experience. Dr Oglander and his assistant Sammi were amazing!

I will have to say in the last 5 years I have never seen a more friendly....accomodating....caring staff like I did with this place. The receptionists welcome you with a smile on their faces. (Haven't seen that in years anywhere else) the nurses..assistants were so kind and informative...Amanda specifically. She even walked my daughter out to the car. She answered all my questions very patiently and easy for me to understand and I never felt rushed out of there because they had to get to the next patient. Dr. Brian Oglander made it a point to come out and introduce himself to me and give me some more tips and was very kind and he even followed up with a phone call to check on her later that night. I wil definitley he recommending this place to others. They definitley know how to hire their staff.

My daughter and son have both had their wisdom teeth removed by the doctors at SWOS. Great care was given to both of them by the team! I gave them five stars and recommend them to anybody that needs an Oral Surgeon. Thank you for taking care of my kids.

Everything went smooth and painless from start to finish for the placement of my implant. Dr. Oglander and his staff were not only very professional, but also very caring! I was explained each step that would be taking place, which I appreciated.

Best experience of a wisdom tooth extraction ever! I had been putting off getting my wisdom teeth pulled for quite some time but finally needed to get all 4 removed. I went in at 8:30 and left by 9:15 with 4 less teeth than I walked in with. Absolute breeze of a procedure, sat down in the chair, got the IV in and in about 10 seconds I was out. Next thing I remember is waking up ready to walk out the door. All of the staff were super friendly and the doctors are all highly knowledgeable and experienced. If you need your wisdom teeth removed look no further, GO HERE!!!

I didn't come here last year because the person on the phone wasn't friendly. My experience this year started out totally opposite. From the first phone call I felt welcome. At my appointment Stacy treated me very well. She was friendly & did a good job of putting me at ease. Dr. Collins was even sweeter. I totally recommend this practice & Dr. Collins.

Amazing staff and amazing care! And very professional! Provided explanations to everything and made sure they answered any questions. Can’t say enough good things about Dr Oglander and his assistants.

They were incredibly helpful and nice. This was my first surgery I’ve had and they made me feel safe. I was especially impressed that I was given a call that night to make sure that everything was going alright. Incredible service.

I have not had any pain today. I had ice cream for dinner. I eat some guacamole for breakfast. Two eggs for lunch. And then went to work.

Everyone here was so pleasant. They made me feel like a real person, not just an insurance number. They explained everything and made sure I stayed with no discomfort. I highly recommend them if you need oral surgery. Dr. Olander was awesome.

Southwest Oral Surgery doctor and staff were very friendly and informative. My 16 year old daughter needed her 4 wisdom teeth removed and they scheduled us in a timely manner and also did the consultation and surgery on the same day which was nice since we were almost 2 hours from home. My daughter was very nervous and they treated her very kindly and explained everything so there were no misunderstandings about what she would be experiencing. Thank you for taking good care of her!

5 stars They are very easy to work with and they go out of there way to take care of you. The oral surgery team was great and the surgeon was very good at explaining the process.

I've have had two visits, one two years ago and one just last week, both were pleasant visits. I was in and out in no time and it didn't even hurt. The really tall Oral surgeon at the Fenton location was totally awesome. He explained everything and was quick to extract the problem teeth. The staff was efficient and especially kind even though there was a problem with my insurance. They allowed me to make a call to straighten the insurance mess and still agreed to see me even though dealing with the insurance issue ran me beyond my appointment time. I would highly recommend Southwest Oral Surgery to anyone needing their services. They really are the best.

Everyone has been more than helpful. It's a painful, uncomfortable process and everyone made the experience worth it. Dr. Reti was amazing at soothing my nerves and performing a painless surgery. All staff compassionate and professional.

The assistant Jess is a fun happy person who did her best to make me at ease. Usually when I have work done there is so much stuff in my throat I feel like I'm being water boarded. But the procedure was fast and relatively painless. I should have known when I met the doctor with his big hands and Popeye forearms that my tooth would be removed with strength and control. I am definitely going back for the next one.
