Everyone was amazing!!!! Dr. Oglander in formed me of every step. He even called me later that night to check on me. Him and his staff are rock stars!!!!

Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor were very courteous and helpful. The technologist who helped me was great. She explained the procedure very clearly and I felt comfortable afterwards. Dr Kramer was terrific. He listened to my concerns and explained what he was going to do to help me. Going to an oral surgeon can be stressful for me, but Southwest Oral Surgery made it all stress free. It was a great experience all around.

I got a tooth pulled for the first time, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. The surgeon was super quick, the price was low, and the dental hygienist was so kind and comforting throughout the process.

People were very friendly from receptionist to dentist. Every thing was explained carefully and throughly. Procedure was done quickly and painlessly. I would highly recommend Southwest Oral Surgery.

It was a very quick surgery! I loved that. Everyone was friendly in the office. Discharge instructions were covered well.
There are some processes that don’t flow well. I was sent a text with a link to a form the day before. This was duplicative as I had already completed this with my first visit so I shouldn’t have to do it again. I was disappointed that a pain medication and the generic ATB RX could not be sent to the pharmacy in advance. This is a common patient centered process for planned surgeries. The last thing a patient feels like doing is running around to get RX. Lastly, the phone number given in the text to call if questions, was never answered. It just continued to ring.

I was extremely anxious about getting a wisdom tooth pulled after a prior experience, but finally could not take it anymore and had to find somewhere to get it taken out. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Everyone was so warm and welcoming and understanding of my nervousness. I got right in at my appointment time and was taken care of quickly. Again the girls were so kind, I cannot say that enough. The doctor was wonderful and answered all my questions before sedating me. I just hate that I wasn’t able to thank them all afterwards as I was recovering from being put out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I was told by numerous dentist because of my bone loss they could not and would not do implants.Iwent to Southwest oral surgery he looked and booked me .I had excellent results.

They were able to get me in within a few days, did a great job on the removal of 2 teeth. It was rough during the visit due to longer roots but definitely did a good job with no pain the next day. Didn't even take asprin the following day. I feel like he was careful to do no other damage to my mouth. Appreciate that.

Just had a great experience at Southwest Oral in Fenton! I had been living with a painful, chipped wisdom tooth for a few months and my fear definitely delayed me from going; I really couldn’t live with the pain anymore, so I needed it taken out. I decided to do it awake since it was just the one tooth. Props to Dr. Robert Reti, shots aren’t fun, but his numbing process was smooth and pretty painless. I didn’t feel anything but a bit of pressure when he pulled the tooth out. I had ZERO pain. They triple check and make sure you are comfortable. It was not even 10 seconds and my tooth was out, I said, “That’s it?!” lol felt a HUGE relief once it was over. My first reaction was to give a good ole fist bump and thank him. I have serious dental phobia, but I’m telling you they are great! If I could give 10 stars I would. Amazing staff! Thank you Southwest Oral in Fenton!

I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed. I was very nervous about it but the staff and everyone there made it so much better. Such amazing staff! They also made sure everything was just right and answered all questions! Super quick as well, got us in and out! Couldn’t have been happier with my experience:)

Dr. Hosch is so quick, and I’ve had a smooth recovery from my tooth extraction! Very friendly and helpful front desk staff and dental assistants as well!

The staff were all nice & made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Hosch was awesome!! He joked a bit but took care of business. I highly recommend Southwest Oral Surgery.

Dr. Oglander and his staff were very nice to my 8 year old daughter. She had some baby teeth removed for braces. She’s normally scared for procedures like this. However she felt as ease with them.

Got in as soon as paper work was completed. Staff is professional and Dr. Kramer was great. Super duper fast and no fuss. Good aftercare instructions and care. Would recommend to friends and family.
