We purchased 2 poly wood rocking chairs in April from Buddy. Quick and easy and we got just what we wanted. When we got them hope we noticed a hole in one of them from the assembly. I called Buddy and he said they had some in order and to just keep the one we had until a new one came in. In about 4weeks they called and I took our chai and exchanged it. Hassle free. We liked them so much we bought a side table the next week!

I am rescinding my original, negative review of sound appliance. Once I was connected to the right person, things were resolved to my satisfaction. Buddy went out of his way to make things right. Appreciate the effort.

We were having problems with our refrigerator and we called Sound Furniture to come check it out. They sent Drew over and he fixed it that day! We were so happy with how friendly the staff was and how quick the repair was. Definitely customers for life!

Wonderful furniture store.

I always find something I like here. I shopped other furniture stores but found nothing I liked. Walked in here and found what I wanted.

Furniture:
I visited prepared with my dimensions and style choices, hoping to find something in-stock. Kelly quickly greeted me and showed me what was available. Found the perfect table, chairs and bench, and it was delivered the next day. Delivery guys were on time, nice and quick.

Appliance:
Appliances are working properly now.
Thanks to Jessie in the service department for sending out Jason to convert my gas stove to propane. He is nice, efficient and got us up and running in no time.

Super nice and efficient. I was able to make an appointment and have someone come out to look at my dryer very quickly. They ordered my part and another appointment was made to install that part for my dryer. So quick and great service. Ms carol and Jason are wonderful. Super great to deal with. Other places won’t even return your call or put you off. Wonderful experience and I highly recommend them. They rock !!!

We have been working with Kelly Rogers for 15 years.... we did a major remodel after hurricane Florence and she was so helpful in assisting us to update our 20 year old home. Her interior design skills and eye for color and texture were spot on. Our 20 year old home has been updated with new wolf appliances and furniture and we cant thank Kelly enough for helping us through this transition.

Anthony and Cyle did a fantastic job this morning delivering our bed frames and mattresses. They were polite and went the extra mile for me. They helped reset my washer when I asked them after they set up the beds. They made my day!

She has an eye for every design I requested. My 5 star rating is for the quality of the furniture and having a designer to help you with those “hard” decisions.

I thought I was going to have to buy a whole new dishwasher because the dishwasher from Lowes which was only a year and a half old had problems which was going to cost more to fix than replace. So I had decided to check out Sound furniture. Thanks to a great salesperson who asked me to let their repairman see what was wrong with it I have my dishwasher repaired at a very reasonable cost and I decided to buy a new Mattress and box spring from them that is the most comfortable mattress we have ever had! I highly recommended them!! From sales to service we wont be going anywhere else!
