We have been customers of Sound Furniture and Appliance for many years when in need of new furniture or appliances and highly recommend them. Their quality is outstanding and their sales staff actually listen to your specific needs and concerns. We see no need to shop any place other than Sound Furniture and Appliance.

For years, Sound Furniture has been the only place I shop for major furniture purchases. Last week I had such a great experience with a member of the sales team I decided I really needed to leave a review.

Friday I was determined to find a new sofa. We had been planning on it for a while and putting it off, but it just came down to where it had to be done. We gave our sofa away shortly after Christmas with the intention of buying a new one, but we've been so busy, we just didn't get round to shopping for one.

In spite of having it blocked out on my schedule last Friday to spend the day couch shopping, my back was dealing with some kind of injury last week so I was not feeling like even driving the few miles across the bridge from Emerald Isle to Sound to look at furniture if it turned out they had nothing that fit the bill in stock.

Had washer/dryer combo bought there delivered today. Shout out Bravos 👏 🙌 to delivery team Matt and Jeff. Removing the old was quite a chore as I live in a condo on 3rd floor, no elevator. These guys worked together so well to figure out best case scenario. They were friendly, professional and promoted the company positively. Much impressed and respected.

Had not one but two awful experiences trying to order a washer and dryer from Home Depot. Fast forward to talking with Debbie at sound furniture and appliance. She was so kind, even called me a day later with a washer and dryer she found in stock, was willing to get me the set delivered next day because she had heard about my experience. The delivery team was so friendly and respectful, not a single scuff on the walls either! Will 💯 only go to sound appliance and recommend them moving forward. They’re great!

We have purchased two recliners from Sound Furniture & Appliance. One was a Lazy Boy wall recliner and the other was the Flex Steel Electric. Very happy with both. Excellent customer service. Fast and efficient delivery by the delivery people. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Glad to get a smaller counter depth refrigerator requiring no handles. It looks great & perfect fit for small kitchen. Matthew & Lance were very professional & patient delivering refrigerator attempting to switch hinges from right to left as requested when ordered. Unfortunately they had to call repairman Drew to assist with seal closure. It took a second visit from Drew 48 hours later to get seal secured. He also assisted with icemaker & temp controls sharing knowledge which was much appreciated!
He was so helpful with suggestions to have a smooth running refrigerator. Also thanks to Nikki & Carol for their assist.
