The sales and design team and warranty services teams are knowledgable, skilled and all around good people. Need help styling a room or a new piece? They’ve got you covered. Have an unexpected issue? Their warranty team will take care of it. And last but not least, I can’t say enough about their delivery team. Sound Furniture doesn’t contract out this service. Their employees deliver and place your furniture. They’ll also remove and haul away the old furniture. These guys are professional and know what they’re doing. I’ve used Sound Furniture to furnish most of my condo over the past year. They even delivered a mattress set to my parents in Raleigh that wasn’t available locally.
