Had not one but two awful experiences trying to order a washer and dryer from Home Depot. Fast forward to talking with Debbie at sound furniture and appliance. She was so kind, even called me a day later with a washer and dryer she found in stock, was willing to get me the set delivered next day because she had heard about my experience. The delivery team was so friendly and respectful, not a single scuff on the walls either! Will 💯 only go to sound appliance and recommend them moving forward. They’re great!

We have purchased two recliners from Sound Furniture & Appliance. One was a Lazy Boy wall recliner and the other was the Flex Steel Electric. Very happy with both. Excellent customer service. Fast and efficient delivery by the delivery people. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Glad to get a smaller counter depth refrigerator requiring no handles. It looks great & perfect fit for small kitchen. Matthew & Lance were very professional & patient delivering refrigerator attempting to switch hinges from right to left as requested when ordered. Unfortunately they had to call repairman Drew to assist with seal closure. It took a second visit from Drew 48 hours later to get seal secured. He also assisted with icemaker & temp controls sharing knowledge which was much appreciated!
He was so helpful with suggestions to have a smooth running refrigerator. Also thanks to Nikki & Carol for their assist.

Once again Sound Furniture came through! After advising us of a delivery delay on our LazyBoy recliner, Joan called a few days later to share that our project had been moved up and would ship the end of September. It arrived right on schedule. The amazing delivery staff brought it over, took our old chair out and voila! Our living room is complete! Everyone loves it and we love the amazing quality and service! So happy to shop local!

A slat broke on a bed I purchased in 2013. I brought the pieces in to see if i could buy a replacement. Its not a regularly stocked item, but they found one in their warehouse and gave it to me. That's the way to do customer service!

My new furniture was delivered today and I love it!! Sound furniture has the BEST selection and they were so patient with me as I came in numerous times to sit on every sofa and chair.
