We have purchased two recliners from Sound Furniture & Appliance. One was a Lazy Boy wall recliner and the other was the Flex Steel Electric. Very happy with both. Excellent customer service. Fast and efficient delivery by the delivery people. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Glad to get a smaller counter depth refrigerator requiring no handles. It looks great & perfect fit for small kitchen. Matthew & Lance were very professional & patient delivering refrigerator attempting to switch hinges from right to left as requested when ordered. Unfortunately they had to call repairman Drew to assist with seal closure. It took a second visit from Drew 48 hours later to get seal secured. He also assisted with icemaker & temp controls sharing knowledge which was much appreciated!
He was so helpful with suggestions to have a smooth running refrigerator. Also thanks to Nikki & Carol for their assist.

Once again Sound Furniture came through! After advising us of a delivery delay on our LazyBoy recliner, Joan called a few days later to share that our project had been moved up and would ship the end of September. It arrived right on schedule. The amazing delivery staff brought it over, took our old chair out and voila! Our living room is complete! Everyone loves it and we love the amazing quality and service! So happy to shop local!

A slat broke on a bed I purchased in 2013. I brought the pieces in to see if i could buy a replacement. Its not a regularly stocked item, but they found one in their warehouse and gave it to me. That's the way to do customer service!

A few years back we purchased a mattress from Sound Furniture and it’s hands down the best mattress ever. Through professional guidance by the friendly staff we found the perfect fit. Recently we purchased a sofa that we were apple to have custom made for our needs. Again a perfect match for our needs. We have referred Sound to many friends and see ourselves as forever customers. My new furniture was delivered today and I love it!! Sound furniture has the BEST selection and they were so patient with me as I came in numerous times to sit on every sofa and chair. Nikki was fabulous! She was so knowledgeable and helpful. She kept us informed all along the process. Shoutout to the delivery team! Mike and company let us know when they would arrive. They did an awesome job moving furniture in and out - lots of stairs! I will definitely be back!
