Unfortunately our vacation started off to a rocky start by finding out our old refrigerator quit the day we arrived at the beach. We found a replacement and Matthew and Joel removed our old unit and delivered/installed a new one. They we fast, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended.

Always head for Sound and Furniture in Cedar Point when I have a need or want for my home!! So off I went since it became clear my mattress was hurting my back. I did not have a lot of time to look so I knew Kelly, if she was there, would get tis problem settled quickly and she did exactly that!! Tuesday she helped me picked out the perfect mattress I needed, checked out in about 40 mins with a delivery date on Friday morning and last nights got I had a fabulous night of sleep on my new Kingsdown snd no backache this morning!!!! Thank you Kelly, Sound Furniture and Kingsdown!! That is why I love my hometown Sound Furnitue! They make a difference in the quality and friendship of a great Local business!

For years, Sound Furniture has been the only place I shop for major furniture purchases. Last week I had such a great experience with a member of the sales team I decided I really needed to leave a review.

Friday I was determined to find a new sofa. We had been planning on it for a while and putting it off, but it just came down to where it had to be done. We gave our sofa away shortly after Christmas with the intention of buying a new one, but we've been so busy, we just didn't get round to shopping for one.

In spite of having it blocked out on my schedule last Friday to spend the day couch shopping, my back was dealing with some kind of injury last week so I was not feeling like even driving the few miles across the bridge from Emerald Isle to Sound to look at furniture if it turned out they had nothing that fit the bill in stock.

Had washer/dryer combo bought there delivered today. Shout out Bravos 👏 🙌 to delivery team Matt and Jeff. Removing the old was quite a chore as I live in a condo on 3rd floor, no elevator. These guys worked together so well to figure out best case scenario. They were friendly, professional and promoted the company positively. Much impressed and respected.

She was so kind, even called me a day later with a washer and dryer she found in stock, was willing to get me the set delivered next day because she had heard about my experience. The delivery team was so friendly and respectful, not a single scuff on the walls either! Will 💯 only go to sound appliance and recommend them moving forward. They’re great!
