Highly recommend Snowy Pines! Tom sent lots of pictures as the litter was growing and answered all of our questions. We had Summer do training before she flew to us and it was worth it. Picked up our pup on Friday! Decided to make the drive to Arkansas - wonderful facility! It was apparent that the pups there are well cared for! They do have free range to come and go from their kennel teaching the pups early to potty train. Our pup has been amazing so far- 3 days and 15 hours in the car! Snowy Pines and Tom Massey are the best! Karma flew from Arkansas to California and arrived happy, calm, and ready for her new home. She is the sweetest little girl ever! My experience with Snowy Pines White Labradors is nothing short of exceptional. I am in California, yet something kept drawing me to Snowy Pines. I went out on a limb and put a deposit down on a puppy that had not even been born. It is one of the best decisions I have ever made.

The night Karma was born, I received a message from Tom, who kept me posted and responded to all of my questions for the next eight weeks. I was so worried about her 12 hour flight, but when we picked her up at the airport, she was the most excited, calm, and happy little thing.

We have now had her for five weeks. I cannot imagine a better puppy. She arrived crate trained and slept through the night from day one. wow!! what a wonderful experience I would give them 10 stars if that were possible. They are some of the kindest, most genuine people I've ever met. I cancelled my order for a puppy twice due to Hurricane Harvey and offered to forfeit my deposit both times. They would not hear of it ! We live in North Carolina but drove to Arkansas to pick up not one, but two puppies. Prior to Snow delivering these beautiful babies, Tom and Jessie answered every and all the questions that I had asked. We were not only excited to meet our little guys but excited to tour Snowy Pines facility. You can tell that all of their dogs are treated like family. The facility is very clean, safe, and the dogs's health is their top priority. My snowy pines puppy is great! He’s beautiful, incredibly smart and has a great demeanor. I couldn’t make a trip to pick out my puppy but they made the selecting process so easy when it was time to choose with tons of pictures and videos. He constantly get compliments about how handsome of a dog he is, very blocky and strong. He’s very calm but still loves to play and it’s very gentle with other dogs and little kids. Our Chase is so patient and polite! He's been a gentleman and a compassionate loving dog from 8 weeks old. He LOVE s hugs and kisses and is so affectionate. He learns most things in four or five repetitions. I don't know how they socialize these pups to be so exceptional in eight weeks but our dog is clearly the result or good treatment and generations of great breeding.
