I never dreamed I would have the opportunity and gift to have a service dog - a dog that would help me navigate life so well. Snowy Pines CARES. They care more than you can imagine. Spencer from Snowy White Pines is now almost 6 months. We strongly would encourage everyone if you are interested in a white Labrador to reach out to them as your breeder. Spencer is an amazing addition to our lab family ( we have 3 others from different breeders). We think they are all amazing but Spencer is a pedigree above. They matched Spencer to us based on the criteria we gave them. I was concerned about that because we’ve always “ picked” our pups from the litters. But he is perfectly matched and all criteria met. He’s athletic, smart, loving, easy to train. We had their trainers start with him and it has paid off. We got him at 15 weeks instead of the usual 8-9 weeks. The entire staff knew him and we follow up with them regularly. We got our Snowball from Snowy Pines and I didn't want to post a public review until a year or so after although from the research phase to the check ins after Snowball was home was top notch. She is closer to 2 years and best friends with my 8 yr old son and believes her mission in life is greeter in chief. We got her with the 2 additional weeks of training upon which we followed SP advice to never stop training and now we have a wonderful family dog who has the ability to be a therapy dog should we decide to pursue it. Was it expensive , yes and can you find an equally amazing rescue dog , yes ( we foster dogs as well so I know what it takes to place a dog in a home that is good for both owner and dog so the dog does not get returned as it's personality evolves as it settles in). Snowy Pines was a lot more responsive than other companies. We heard right back after inquiring and had several phone calls answering our questions right away. Then the process was fairly easy and faster than expected. The home training with Emma was exceptional. She was so kind and understanding of my daughter and her needs while teaching us the things we needed to know. She even went to a meeting at my daughter’s school! Your organization is great. Sebastian is the sweetest pup but we’re really dealing with the teething issue. He’s getting better and bigger. He was 4 months yesterday so he could be calming down a bit. He sure is cuddly and curious. We have a raised patio overlooking a park and sits there and watches all the birds, people and other dogs. From the very beginning working with the staff at Snowy Pines was essentially seamless. I had been looking for two years for a service dog and came across there website. I reached out and from the very beginning they listened to what I was needing and just like that the ball was in motion. They were very patient with as I asked what seemed like a never ending list of questions. Even when I visited the facility. Which was amazing as well.

I have been looking at Snowy Pines and The English White Labs for a couple of years. Their reputation for breeding a high quality white lab is excellent and I can say they live up to that reputation. My story begins with me and the wife wanting to visit the kennels and check out their facilities and trainers first hand. Our plan was not to get a puppy until after I retire in two years however, when we got to Snowy Pines, Emma greeted us, gave us a tour of the facilities and then introduced us to Pink Star, a 6 month old female. We instantly fell in love and brought her home with us. Unfortunately I travel weekly due to my job and we struggled with getting her to adapt to our environment. We have purchased two Snowy Pines White Labs within the past year and we could not be happier with our decision. I can’t say enough about Snowy Pines and how wonderful they are - and they sent us the most amazing, sweet and fun dog, our Luna. Luna is almost a year old and she’s exceeded all our expectations. She did the wagology program which was totally worth it, and came home to us with an already great start on her training. She also came home with a step by step guide from Snowy Pines on how to continue her training - it was super helpful. Luna is very obedient, great with our kids (and cats!) and the perfect addition to our family.
