We got our Hank in January of 2020. He is the best dog we’ve ever had.! Snowy Pines will forever be family. Since we live so close we had the opportunity to go visit. Everyone was so nice and professional. The dogs have their own piece of paradise there on the farm. From the minute your puppy is born you’re kept up to date on everything. We couldn’t have asked for a better puppy. Griswold is now ten months old. I loved watching him grow on the web cam and all of the pictures sent to us. I ordered a white lab from snowy while labs and waited 7 months to get the puppy. We recieved the puppy yesterday and is a great puppy. We initially had some issues with training of the puppy and some concerns, however spoke to Tom and he immediately resolved the issue and went a step above what was expected. I would suggest if you do want your puppy trained to give it ample time and make your expectations clear on what you need done. River has been with us since she was delivered on Friday. She is as much of a joy as we were expecting. Sandra and Kate were wonderful! You could tell the minute that they arrived that they loved these puppies and that they had been well taken care of. The whole experience has been wonderful. River was delivered to us on Friday by Sandra and Kate. (River's brother Enzo also was delivered to my bosses. They have taken such good care of her up until the time of delivery. I could see how much love and attention was given to her and all the other pups that come from Snowy Pines. We got updates and pictures as she was getting ready to come home. From the moment we reached out to Snowy Pines in April until our puppy arrived hand delivered last night (December 4th), the entire team at Snowy Pines was amazing! They breed these pups for the love of the breed and it shows in everything they do. We kept our puppy at the breeder’s for an extra month of basic training and it was well worth the additional wait. This is the first online review I have written for anything, EVER. I read all of the positive reviews before contacting SPWlabs, and to say our experience over the months of waiting for our dog, communicating about the litter that we would be a part of, and the process of seeing our dog come home on an airplane, seamlessly - just WOW!! They are first class all of the way, coupled with a dose of southern charm that this NY family needed!!
Tom and his wife could not have been more informative, kind, and supportive through the process. White Labs are just what they know through and through.
