We were hooked after watching the first puppy-cam live stream! As first time dog owners, we could not be happier with our little guy “Kit” and with working with the dedicated staff at Snowy Pines.

We opted for the advanced college training and are so glad we did. Not only did we bring home a puppy with discipline and skill sets, but we also received a little guy that sleeps through the night. Most importantly Kit is now geared to be a life learner. The staff listened to our life style needs and the tailored some of his learning exercises accordingly including Kayak training!

We absolutely highly recommend Snowy Pines White Labs to anyone needing a beautiful, smart, loving and precious new family member. Our Murphy arrived by Nanny Flight last week and was greeted with many ooohs and ahhhs at the airport! Since his arrival he has become the sweetheart of our family and the pal and playmate of our 7-year old lab Misty.
Tom and Gary and all the folks at SPWL were great to work with, answered all our questions and in the end - answered our prayers!

Snowy Pines White Labs has been excellent in responding back by phone or email when I had questions prior to my puppy being born and after pick up. Our Wrigley is wonderful. We could not have picked a better breeder and facility to get our puppy from. At pick up, the staff were very warm and welcoming and made sure both the puppy and I were comfortable and equipped to go home. I have already had people stop and ask me where I got the puppy. We could not be happier with our Snowy Pines puppy! Right from the beginning of the reservation process, I was treated with professionalism and kindness. Any questions were answered quickly. While we would’ve loved to have been able to travel to meet the Snowy Pines team and pick up our puppy, COVID stood in our way. We were very happy to get weekly pictures and to watch live streams frequently. We feel the puppy that was chosen for us matched exactly what we said we were looking for. We are so happy we selected Snowy Pines White Labs. They made it easy from the selection process, birth notification, puppy pictures, live video, AKC paperwork, registration and delivery into our arms. Our new puppy, Abby, was born on 12-26-20 and came to us via Nanny and plane ride on 2-8-21. Abby is now 14 weeks old. She is very intelligent and trains easily. She does get a little mouthy sometimes because she is a puppy and she is teething, but even that is beginning to subside. Abby is a gorgeous puppy, She loves people and other dogs. Our children and grand children come by just to see and play with Abby and she loves it. She has made new friends at the Vet's office, PetSmart and with our neighbors. We received our Riley (Glacier and Moon pairing) back on February 20th. He’s been everything we could want and more. Such a great temperament and is doing so well with training.

When we had to put down our beloved 12 year old white Labrador Retriever Jeter last June, I searched online for a breeder of white labs with excellent pedigrees. Snowy Pines seemed head and shoulders above the other breeder options I found. Great Dames and Sires, great responsive staff and wonderful puppies that we could see on their puppy cams.

Three days ago we received our new Lab puppy Mickey. Snowy Pines delivered him right to our front door in Texas from their ranch in Arkansas. He is beautiful and perfectly formed with a strong, stocky/blocky build and great disposition. Snowy Pines is the best! Let me break this into 2 parts a) the experience of dealing with Snowy Pines and b) the puppies of Snowy Pines. In terms of the experience - very professional and empathetic. Maintained contact throughout and had lots of pics and videos once the litter was born. Couldn't have asked for more. In terms of the puppies - there is no comparison. We have a Moon/ Glacier litter male puppy, he is just adorable. From his looks, to his temperament, to his traintability, to his just being a loving dog - we couldn't have expected more when we were bringing our furbaby home!
