We have been so happy with our puppy Stella. She is 4 months old and has adjusted very well to our family and our 1 year old Labrador retriever. Stella is stunningly beautiful, calm, smart, easy to train, social and as many people have pointed out well mannered at such a young age. Snowy Pines White Labs has provided an exceptional experience. They answered every question I have had in a timely manner. The selection method utilizing our responses was spot on! It was very fun and beneficial to view the puppy live videos and photos. We live in Wisconsin and as much as we wanted to see the Snowy Pines home in Arkansas it was much more time efficient and economical to utilize their nanny airline service instead of driving or flying 5 people. Snowy Pines was great to work with throughout the waiting period . Always answered our questions. Once we were matched we had weekly updates and pictures of our little Moon.

Moon went to college So he was 15 weeks when we brought him home. His trainers were excellent! When we picked him up, Julia walked us through everything and showed us around the facility , which is top notch.

Snowy Pines White Labs is a terrific place to find your new family member. The staff is kind, generous and knowledgeable about the breed. Cute little entrance and back in the woods, they had puppies that fit our family needs. We have 2 dogs now. Lilly is almost 3 and the best dog we have ever had. This place was top notch right from the beginning. The day we walked in and were greeted by Sandra and Julia we knew this was the place we wanted our new fur baby to be born. Our journey started last summer my husband and I toured many kennels but when we drove the 12 hours to visit Snowy Pines we found a kennel full of love when Sandra jumped into the kennel and held a momma dogs head in her lap because she was about to go into labor for the first time and scared to death, the trust in that dogs eyes was unbelievable. Julia helped us thru the whole process and answered our every concern no matter how silly she may have thought it was. Our Karma seems to be so calm and so far has a great disposition. Snowy Pines is a first class operation! We decided it was time to get another puppy after the loss of our 13 yr.old lab, and 2 months of researching revealed that there are greater differences between lab breeders than I could have imagined. When I first emailed Snowy Pines, Tom called to chat and was so helpful in allaying my concern about choosing a breeder so far from Montana, and selecting the breeding pair that would match our criteria for a pup. We visited the kennel in person, met the prospective parents, and knew Snowy Pines was the right choice!
