Shine Villas

Our family loved our stay! The house was clean, well appointed, and served all our needs. Our host was in contact with is and managed all our needs quickly!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, spacious, and well equipped home. The house was exceptionally clean and met the needs of our family of 6 adults, one teenager, and 3 toddlers. My grandkids enjoyed the private pool with jacuzzi, the kid's themed room, and the upstairs game room. The laundry room is equipped with a large capacity washer and dryer. The location is close to shops, restaurants, and an easy drive to the Disney theme parks. The host, Oli checked in on us via text during our stay to make sure that we were comfortable and to make sure that everything met our expectations. We definitely plan to stay here again. I have rented several vacation homes over the years; this home is definitely in our top three favorites.

We stayed in a villa on Watersong, Davenport. The villa was Serenity Now by Shine. The house was definitely one of those that makes you go wow both inside and out and it was spotlessly clean. Inside the home everything is so modern and comfortable, it is just like it looks in the pictures but better. The pool area has so many areas to sit in and all in comfort with padded chairs and sofa. The pool area is also very private as there is nothing behind you other than conservation. What we particularly noticed was how spotless the pool deck was, not only clean but free from cracks (unlike many we have stayed in).

In the past I have always tried to rent villas direct from the owners as I felt they would always give a better service and be more responsive as it is their income, but over the past few years I have noticed its getting harder to rent direct and more and more...

The place was fantastic. My wife love the style and decoration of the rooms (now she will be putting me to work). Very clean, great pool, loved it.

Shine Villas is very special! Me and my family spent almost 20 days of silence and tranquility. The facilities are also something to remember. The swimming pool and the gym were always empty, but clean. Close to restaurants and supermarket. Next time in Orlando we will stay in shine villas.

During my stay in town for a competition and to visit some local attractions, we had just what we needed. The description was accurate and any issues we had were addressed immediately. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub a lot. For the family, renting the grill was an extra perk so we could enjoy the pool area at night.

Stayed in Priceless Peace for 2 weeks. Lovely little townhouse in a quiet location. Loved the upstairs balcony too overlooking the nature reserve. The house had everything we needed for our stay, 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms too. The management and owner kept up the communication all the way from when we booked and during our stay. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Orlando. Definitely need a car though as the closest restaurants were at least a mile away which is fine but, in the heat not the best to walk. We had a car with our own parking space so wasn’t a problem.
Only thing I wish we were told was how to open the door. We were given a code but that was it. When we arrived after 18 hours of travel we struggled to open the door. Then, saw a key safe so thought maybe the code was for that, no, it wasn’t. After messing around for about 15 minutes we eventually...

I loved shine villas bc everything was clean and very easy to book etc. it was in a perfect location with a Publix basically right next door and a target very close as well. We had to go to ESPN everyday for cheer and it was really easy to get there and to the parks as well. The neighborhood felt safe and we loved having a place all to ourselves. Would definitely want to stay again!

Great experience, Condo was very clean and beautifully furnished! We had all the necessities, beds very comfortable too. View of the water was lovely, it’s a beautiful safe area. Convenient to all the amusement parks and shopping. Grandkids enjoyed the included neighborhood waterpark that’s within walking distance. We’ve rented other areas but we like Story Lake condos the best! We will be back!

Fantastic stay! Very clean condo, close to the parks and our conference. Friendly managers who were quick to respond. Will absolutely stay with Shine Villas on our next visit to Orlando!

We loved it. The location, the atmosphere, the view. Your place is beautiful. We did buy two new fry pans and donated to your next guests to enjoy. The pans that are provided had peeling surfaces. Probably should be replaced. Other than that you’re place is amazing. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Had a blast! Such a cute home, and conveniently was located to everything! Definitely staying here next time we come back to Orlando!
