Shine Villas

We stayed for 7 days in June 2026 and had a great experience with Shine Villas. The villa was exactly as pictured. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and even included some starter items for the kitchen and bathrooms. Host Oli was great to work with and made the whole process easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this villa!

The condo was very nice, very spacious. It was as described. It was a very good location. The amenities were great. We took advantage of the waterpark. We would love to stay there again when we go back.

Our stay was wonderful! The check in process was smooth. The property itself was clean and well stocked. It was conveniently located near all the attractions. We also enjoyed our little feathery visitors outside of the patio every morning :) would definitely stay again!

Had a great time! House is very big and pool was just cool enough for our hot days! The area is quiet and close to attractions. It is a no frills, so bring extra supplies or plan to get from stores close by. Would love to stay there again!

This was a perfect spot for our Disney vacation. We visit Disney yearly, and the location was super close (especially if you avoid 192 and take the back way to Osceola Pkwy). The nature preserve in the back was so quiet and relaxing. The house was clean and comfortable for our party of 6 and we could've had at least 4 more people comfortably. Thanks so much!

My family loved it

Great experience had everything needed except for some extra pots and pans. Needed more baking items and measuring items. Overall great experience.

Easy access, clean, everything that was needed was supplied, close to groceries and restaurants. Nice quiet community. Parking for 2 and extra parking for visitors.

We absolutely loved that house. There was more than enough room for our family of 9 which includes 7 children under 12 years of age.

Shine Villas is absolutely the best property management team ever! Oly & Sally are Awesome! Once I hired them & they increased my bookings and revenue. When I wanted to give my place a makeover they found a top decorating company who turned my old, dated rental into the best makeover of the year! I continued using them for my other rental & they got it leased quickly. Thanks for all your hard work Shine Villas!!!

I honestly loved staying at the property provided by shine villas. It was clean, cozy, and the beds were actually comfortable (which is hard to come by for someone with a crappy back). Will absolutely be staying here again with my family.
