This place was amazing! Beautiful and clean it exceeded all my expectations! At affordable rates you will not be disappointed! everything was very easy and and hassle-free during the booking process, check in and even checking out! if you're looking for a place to stay with all the amenities needed for an enjoyable vacation this is the place to go!

This vacation rental was very nice, host was very quick on responding with any questions we had. Place was clean and well kept. I liked the fact that you had your own pool, plus once you checked out you could enjoy the clubhouse pool for the afternoon before getting back on the road.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The house was very clean and kept up. We were happy and would stay again. Thank you.

The home was beautiful and clean. huge for the 4 adults we brought. Oliver was nice and always messaged us back with any questions. My only complaint is I feel it was more for adults in the neighborhood, even though they had an excellent club house and pool. The night life of the neighborhood was lots of drunkin parties, fights, and on two of the evenings out of 10 police and fire departments had to come in and break up the crazy parties. This is not a reflection on owner of the house we rented but it is a reflection of what you possibly my see in the neighborhood. Making it odd that they have a gaurded check in point before you enter, because it didnt feel gaurded at all.

The house was very nice and spacious. We loved the private pool and big fenced in yard. The management was very friendly. Would definitely recommend!!

The house was nice and clean. The sick was clogged and one call to Oliver and it was fixed within a few hours!

Really nice home close to everything you want to see in Orlando! Also very close to Walmart and restaurants. My family loved the pool and the house is big enough for two families to share without being on top of each other. The property management is very fast to respond to any questions you have and very accommodating while booking and staying at the property!

I can't say enough about Shine Villa and host Oli. My family and I had the best time! Truly amazing to say the least. We cannot stop talking about Oli and Shine Villa and recommending them to everyone we know. Oli was an exceptional, compassionate, friendly and an above and beyond attentive host. In the middle of a pandemic, it was a blessing for our family to get away and to come across Shine Villa and Oli! Wonderful. Our family visits Florida yearly and we usually stay at the Disney Parks. This year because of the pandemic we decided we needed something more private. The house was beautiful, spacious and appropriately equipped to fill all our needs. After this stay we definitely will be using Shine Villa and Oli for years to come! Thank you so much for everything Oli, but most of all thank you for making us feel at home at Shine Villa's home.

There were a couple of issues with the pool heat, but I have to say Shine Villas has exceptional customer service. If you work with Oliver you’ve got the best of the best! He bends over backwards to make your stay as perfect as possible.. The house was spotless. Everything was top notch. I think it should be listed with minimal parking, we had friends visit and there were no close places to park. It wasn’t my taste in furnishing, but it was spacious and comfortable. This is the second home we’ve rented and we will definitely come back.
