We had a lovely stay. The location was great, close to everything. Just a few min drive to all things Disney. It was a clean unit, a tad outdated. My only complaint is you have zero control over the thermostat in the unit. There is lock box and you cannot adjust. My daughter has asthma and had a hard time breathing. We called and they lowered the temperature by 2 degrees, keeping it at 73. Thank goodness we had packed a fan. Overall, it was a nice stay. Read more >

The house was super clean!! The location was wonderful and then the house was so close to the main pool. We loved that everyone got their own bathroom and the kitchen had Ann the utensils/pots you could need. It was also helpful they had a booster seat to use because we forgot my nephews. Home was fabulous. Clean and spacious. There were plenty of towels and kitchen dishes. Pool and spa were amazing. Only thing that i would recommend is that the home looks worn. There were several things that could be addressed, such as a fresh coat of paint, curtain rods are barely hanging up almost ready to fall down in living room , lanai doors were falling apart as was the garbage container outside. However none of this affected our vacation we had an amazing time and would come again. On a side note the bbq rental was not the best bbq for the price. I have rented on three separate occasions and each time the bbq seems ready to fall apart. Read more >

My family were there around the Christmas time. The condo was nice, clean, and well equipped. The location was well, close enough to the area attractions, shops and restaurants. There are also community facilities that we did not get a chance to use, but nice to have available. The buildings all look the same. Be sure to find the correct numbers. Very satisfied! Our stay was mostly as expected. Plenty of towels available. Washer and dryer. Only issue was a smell from the garage that was prominent when you used the dryer. Pool table in garage was not level to play pool, an smell made you not want to go in the garage. Was instructed not to open garage outside door so you couldn't air it out. We did not pay to heat swimming pool, but in ad for stay it said pool was very well maintained and cleaned. It was not and needed vacuuming. We are from north and used to cold swimming in pools and ocean. Had the pool been clean we would have used it. The central AC system must need some service. It was a bit warmer than we would have liked it for our comfort. We followed instructions and it was not cooling enough. The home was very clean and nice. The owner of where I lived responded back fastly and was very nice . Every year we come up for AYF Football I’m definitely goin to book with them again every time. The community is nice. The area is by a lot of stores and restaurants. I have no complaints other than the hot pool water should be included in the price. Read more >

Rented a home while at a baseball tournament. I won’t say the home was perfect but it was in a great neighborhood and great location. We weren’t spending much time there.
