I would highly recommend Brad for mold inspection/testing. He was highly reliable, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything very clearly to me so I was capable of understanding the mold problem and what needed to be done to rectify the situation.

Pretty sure the owner of sherwood was our inspector. He didnt mind that I tagged along and asked questions. Seemed knowledgeable. It appeared that he was thorough, yet didnt waste time. Not that I know much about the process, but I think he did exactly as needed / requested and as such no reason to not give 5☆

He spent approximately 3 hours inspecting the property inside and out. We hired SIS for a stand alone pool inspection; we learned last minute that our home inspector does not do pools, and SIS was able to accommodate a last minute request easily! Our inspector Jay was prompt, professional, and thorough. The report we received following the inspection arrived very quickly and was easy to understand.

He did very detailed inspection and showed what's wrong and also gave some references to fix those issues

I will highly recommend this company, inspectors were very professional, attentive. They arrived early. They took the time to answer my questions. They are very helpful and I got the report in less than 24 hours, I scheduled in less than a week.

The owner did my inspection. He seems like a genuinly honest, nice guy. And this is coming from someone who is usually very suspicious of businessmen. Michael did my septic inspection and let me ask questions the whole time since I had never had one before. Thanks Michael! I almost wish I had another septic tank (not really) so I could hire you again!
