I recently had a home inspection done and was generally pleased with the service. The inspector CARL arrived on time, was professional, and took the time to explain key findings in a clear and understandable way. The report was detailed and delivered promptly.

Pretty sure the owner of sherwood was our inspector. He didnt mind that I tagged along and asked questions. Seemed knowledgeable. It appeared that he was thorough, yet didnt waste time. Not that I know much about the process, but I think he did exactly as needed / requested and as such no reason to not give 5☆
