Mike was AMAZING!!!!! He was helpful, hard working, friendly and went above and beyond!!! I would highly recommend this company just from Mike alone. He did a well, septic and water test for an inspection for me!

I highly recommend Sherwood's services. Carl was my inspector. He exceeded my expectations. I had anticipated the inspection lasting about an hour. He spent approximately 3 hours inspecting the property inside and out. He is very knowledgeable and offered a lot of valuable suggestions, which allowed me to make an informed decision on purchasing the property.

We hired SIS for a stand alone pool inspection; we learned last minute that our home inspector does not do pools, and SIS was able to accommodate a last minute request easily! Our inspector Jay was prompt, professional, and thorough. The report we received following the inspection arrived very quickly and was easy to understand.

He did very detailed inspection and showed what's wrong and also gave some references to fix those issues

I was not at the property during the Well test so Michael had to work with my Agent, Roseanne Scacca. He was able to relay to me over the phone, with Roseanne, all the details of his findings. He was very kind and helpful. He was knowledgeable about his work and herecommended further investigation. My agent thinks he is a gem. I received my detailed report with his findings incredibly quickly. I highly recommend.
