I recently had a home inspection done and was generally pleased with the service. The inspector CARL arrived on time, was professional, and took the time to explain key findings in a clear and understandable way. The report was detailed and delivered promptly.

First time home buyer getting general home inspection, termite/pest inspection and well water quality test.
Pretty sure the owner of sherwood was our inspector. He didnt mind that I tagged along and asked questions. Seemed knowledgeable. It appeared that he was thorough, yet didnt waste time. Not that I know much about the process, but I think he did exactly as needed / requested and as such no reason to not give 5☆

He spent approximately 3 hours inspecting the property inside and out. He is very knowledgeable and offered a lot of valuable suggestions, which allowed me to make an informed decision on purchasing the property.

Jay and Ian conducted a thorough home inspection and septic inspection, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy. While there was a miscommunication regarding certain required tests, the issue was promptly addressed and resolved by the office staff, as reflected in my email correspondence.

We hired SIS for a stand alone pool inspection; we learned last minute that our home inspector does not do pools, and SIS was able to accommodate a last minute request easily! Our inspector Jay was prompt, professional, and thorough. The report we received following the inspection arrived very quickly and was easy to understand.

He did very detailed inspection and showed what's wrong and also gave some references to fix those issues
