Very friendly and professional. I cant remember what the black guys name was but keep him. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He has the it factor. I would say maybe 1 or 2 % of people have that. Probably the best experience I've had with any inspector in the past. The other guy was great too but I didnt interact with him much. ps. Adam was amazing, If you're going into an inspection blind or really not aware of what the "meat and bones" of a house consist of he is your guy. As a younger home buyer and a female he really went through and explained everything in detail and made sure I understood what it meant NOW and what it could mean LATER which I loved about him. I felt very confident walking out of our home inspection knowing what to request from the seller and what would be my obligation down the road. A house is much more than some paint and light fixtures and he was very detailed in his report and conversation with my boyfriend and I about what was going on with the house we were purchasing. Adam came out and was actually early to the appointment. He didn’t waste any time. He got right to work and did a very thorough inspection. He worked quickly but he didn’t miss a beat.
