Bryan the owner of Sherlock Homes came out in the evening to troubleshoot and find out why my AC unit was not working. Our unit has not worked properly since mid December and not worked at all for the past 2 months. I have had multiple techs come over to fix it and none had been able to give me a direct answer to what the problem was. I was told I needed a new system installed and quoted an outrageous price. I called Sherlock Homes since I saw how many 5 star ratings they have. Bryan was able to figure out what my problem was and repair my unit. He stayed to make sure everything was working properly even though it was late. I would recommend Bryan and his company to anyone.
