Rather than just repair and move on, he took the time to properly diagnose and investigate all issues and educated me as to why the existing system and duct work was massively undersized for my home. He was able to secure an amazing system for a great price which is difficult to do because of the supply shortages so that my family was not without AC for a prolonged amount of time. Back in the month most Texans would call Helluary, I was fortunate enough to come across Bryan at Sherlock Homes. When he found out about my 94 yr old mother's heating had quit working, he made her a priority and repaired her furnace within minutes at an unbelievably fair price.
So when my AC quit working there was nobody else I called. He came out and diagnosed the problem and made all the necessary repairs at my request.
