Sherlock Homes AC/Heating and Air is a great company, with a truly honest owner. My upstairs AC unit was running, but unable to keep up with demand. I had a feeling it was running low on freon. I had previously seen him in my neighborhood and gave him a call. He diagnosed the issue, and gave me a range of options to keep my costs down...and the freon in. His prices are very reasonable, and the system has been running without issue for weeks now.

We had our air conditioning go out unexpectedly at night, the next day he was out early in the morning and fixed it. It was so vital for me to have my air conditioning fixed because I cannot be in the heat too long with my illness- and Bryan was so kind to help. I called and this amazing gentleman and was offered a service appointment within the hour! He arrived and presented himself in the most professional manner. I was apprehensive due to the last 5 companies that had said they were going to fix my system failing over the last year. Our ac was running cold by the time he left. He found an issue that if not caught that day could have costed me thousands! I have a infant foster baby at home and we have to keep our home in perfect working order and safe... he kept us safe! I am not one to recommend very often but Sherlock Homes AC/ Heating and Ac will be our go to company for help with our ac and heating. But with the repairs he made I don’t think I will be seeing him anytime soon. Thank you sir for taking care of us it was 98 degrees outside that day.
