I would like to recommend Sherlock Homes AC/Heating & Air to everyone. I am so very impressed with this wonderful company. I live in an historic home and paid for a compnay to install a new AC and Heating system in our home in Olmos Park Terrace. This terrible company charged me $22000 and did not do the work, was very unprofessional and left us not knowing what to do. Thank goodness I found Sherlock Homes AC/Heating on Angies List. Bryan DeDeNardis is so very genuine and professional. He came and did a professional review of all aspects of what problems we had. He brought in his staff and they completed all the repairs and gave us the correct system in 5 hours. His staff and he worked constantly and throughly. Sherlock Homes AC is the BEST. Bryan and his crew fixed problems that an awful company did to our home and they charged us a fortune. I had a great experience with Sherlock Homes. The owner was very professional and honest, he is also very knowledgeable of his trade and does quality work. I recently had a blower go out and after getting a few price quotes from surrounding businesses he was nearly half the price. Sherlock Homes is a no brainer decision for any of your A/C and heating problems. I’ll be calling again that’s for sure.

Had a great experience with Sherlock Homes AC. I called because of carbon monoxide concerns after my detector went off at 3am. After leaving a message, he later returned my call and made time for us the next day. He thoroughly and professionally inspected the system, addressed all of my concerns, and generously shared a wealth of information.

Since he has taken over I’ve found my system to run much more efficiently and have saved a lot of money in energy costs in the process. I just wish I had known about his services when I bought (and overpaid) for my original unit.
