Bryan of Sherlock Homes AC & Heating was at my house within an hour of my call. I was impressed because with the AC out on a hot, humid day my whole family was hot, miserable and cranky. He diagnosed the problem within minutes, added Freon, upgraded the registers in each of the upstairs rooms from builder’s grade to a better quality, and increased the blower speed to efficiently and adequately cool our house. He did all of this within a couple of hours and for under $300!!!! By the time he left, my kids were putting on their hoodies they were so cold. I put my feet up in the couch bundled up in a blanket and told them to go outside to warm up!!!

Bryan was easy to work with, courteous, and observed appropriate social distancing precautions when he came to perform the service. He provided an estimate after diagnosing the problem to ensure we wanted to proceed with the repair, as well as a full diagnostic report and future recommendations. For the last 2-3 times my regular AC company has come to do my 6 month cleaning/servicing they have had to put 2-3 pounds of Freon in my AC units saying there was a slow leak and tightening a few areas to see if it would "help". Tired of my upstairs being hotter than it should be and the huge maintenance bills because of having to add Freon each time when I saw Bryan on Good Day SA talking about getting to the root of problems and fixing them so your AC unit lasts longer. I decided to call him to come service our units and see if the leak could be found and fixed. I was extremely pleased with his detailed exam of both units and diagnosing the problems each unit had. He had very knowledgeable ideas of how to make our units run more efficiently (one had a wiring issue the other companies never diagnosed) and what air purifying system would be much better than the standard UV...

I called to have my a/c checked to make sure it was good for the summer and was able to have an appointment the next day. A thorough assessment was done and some recommendations were made to make the system run properly. All issues were addressed on the spot and I noticed a difference before Bryan left. I highly recommend Sherlock Homes!

My house all the sudden wouldn’t cool down got up to 81, I have a 3 month old in my home. He came within the hour of getting off the phone with me, very last minute when I called him 15 til 9pm on a Friday.
He came in, quickly evaluated the problem and came up with a quick solution for us to have a cool house for our daughter and ourselves.

I rated Sherlock Homes A/C Five Star for a number of reasons: 1) He showed up as agreed 2) had the necessary digital tools to thoroughly and accurately investigate my 1- 1/2 year old hi performance Trane heat pump 3) discovered my system was under charged and corrected the problem promptly 4) displayed a deep understanding of the overall functioning of my A/C and willingly answered my many questions i had as this was my first heat pump system 5) provided a legible, detailed invoice with the test results and the work performed 6) Resolved my A/C problem at a very reasonable cost. Going forward I will continue to use Sherlock Holmes A/C.
