I was very happy with Bryan coming out on the same day to fix my A/C. There's no extra cost even on weekends as long as it's before 10pm. I appreciate that he used quality made in the USA parts (they do cost more, but are well worth it), rather than cheap foreign made parts that don't last. He also inquired into any rooms that were warmer than usual and noticed insufficient cool air coming into that room. He was able to determine that a new vent could be added despite it not looking possible (the room has a second floor directly above it), and I will have this vent added shortly. After the fix (and checkup), he provided a very detailed report on the state of the equipment and all the measurements taken (iManifold report). I'm very glad a friend had recommended him to me.

He came out the next day and diagnosed the problem and fixed it after another AC guy could not diagnose the problem correctly and made a mess telling me I would need a new motor or a new inside unit after just 2.5 years after installation. Bryan is a smart guy that should go far with his business. Reasonable, honest, punctual and knowledgeable! Recommend him 💯 percent!

This is the most honest AC company I have encountered in my 26 yrs as a homeowner and Landlord. The first company, sent by Landmark Home Warranty was a joke & con.
The 2nd company, who I called, is very well known but was only concerned with selling me a $8400 unit.
Well Thank God for Sherlock Holmes!! Bryan was a true sleuth and solved the problem for less than $500. He ran a diagnostic, he explained the issue and he fixed it! I love this company. Quick response very efficient AMD so honest. We had our air conditioner not cooling and 4 companies came out for estimates all said need new unit. Prices ranged . Bryan came out and said “I can fix it”. The unit works and is so cool , better than before. I will recommend and use his services forever.....
