SCUDO took over the lease from a previous rental company and ever since the service has been great. They are very quick with responding to anything a tenant may need. Maintenance issues are taken care of usually the next day with great slot times for whatever schedule. I enjoy the nice conversations and always polite customer service. Absolute worst place I've ever lived. The staff changes every month and you can never get a hold of them, by phone, email they just do not care. Find every way to charge you for properties they KNOW are falling apart and are the biggest scam. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO END UP FURIOUS. THEY ARE INCAPABLE OF EVEN THE LITTLEST OF TASKS FOR THEIR TENANTS.either they don't care or are INCOMPETENT either way I don't wish this upon anyone....

I have been out of hot water since January 17th. I've put in numerous maintenance requests. I have no way to shower, wash my clothes, or do my dishes. I need help!! I also have a high gas bill due to the ill running unit.
!DO NOT RECOMMENDED! Please don't make the same mistake I did and rent from Scudo! Update: I went 35 days without hot water and there is still a large hole in my living room wall that still hasn't been repaired.
It's a pity that -5 star isn't an option.
