First of all let me say my move was unexpected and needed to be done as quickly as possible. I found the property I liked on a for rent website and clicked the contact button. Due to the immediate need for placement I needed to speak to someone to make sure the property was still available before waisting my time with the application process. When I first called it actually took a couple tries to get a live leasing agent on the line (they have a call service that answered the line) and was a little irritating because of my time constraints. That was the only issue I have had! After getting Maria on the line and explaining my urgency and frustration with the answering service, she gave me a direct number for communicating.
