Sophia had to do the yearly inspection for the property/house we are renting and it was a really easy process. We set up the appointment for her to come and everything went smoothly. She was here on-time and it only took 10 minutes or so. She was friendly and asked if there was anything else she needed to communicate to the management company. We are very happy with Scudo. We have lived here for only 2 weeks & already feel taken care of. Yes, there were issues with the house upon moving in, but once we brought them to the attention of SCUDO our representative replied in a timely manner & made it a priority! Thought because based on the reviews that this would be a good place to rent from. We viewed a beautiful home in Raytown, MO and loved it and decided to make the move and put in the application before someone else could take it. Since then June 18th to be exact, I have heard nothing from no one. I guess they just take your $60 and run with it? Me and my wife have literally called every day since and we keep getting these same people that ask for my email and phone number and say that someone will get back to us. This absolutely ridiculous and makes me question if I even want to rent from y'all. If you’re not gonna help me get into a home what about when I’m already in the home and truly need something then.. hoping this catches the attention for some to finally help us. Read more >

Edit: despite being “scheduled” it still isn’t mowed. Not only were these the worst neighbors we’ve ever dealt with, who also didn’t bother to mow, you guys didn’t bother to return my call after attempting a report prior. I have mowed, as well as other neighbors, weekly. So the rain means nothing. Just mow the lawn ffs. It hasn’t been mowed in a year. Literally.
