this company is amazing! I’ve had my cat since she was 3 weeks old and she passed away at 13. Everyone in this company was so understanding and warming to me, and really took the time to explain the whole process. They really helped to make sure I was okay through this time, and they took beautiful care of my cat Nickii. She was delivered to me and the card was so sweet and with everyone’s signatures I cried!! I will recommend them to others who go through these difficult times with our animals. I would give them 10 stars if I could!! Thankyou so much safe passages!

I would highly recommend Safe Passages. We unexpectedly had our 19 year old cat pass away in our arms on a Sunday afternoon. Safe Passages was able to send someone out within 2 hours. They were compassionate and they were very gentle in handling her remains. Her urn was returned to us three days later and included a sweet note and our baby’s paw print engraved into wood. They are extremely professional.

I love SafePassages because they were very professional and provided excellent service during the difficult period. The packaging was neat and the price was surprisingly low considering the high quality of the service.

To be honest, my interactions with the staff at SafePassages were minimal, which was one of the things I appreciated about the experience. They were kind of in the background as we were struggling to say goodbye to our Diva. On the day, as my wife and I walked out the front door of the vet clinic, SafePassages was pulling up to the rear door. They performed the cremation and brought Diva home the following week, on the day promised, in a very nice wooden box.

We’re genuinely grateful to the good people at SafePassages for helping us through a very hard time, and we highly recommend their services.

The whole experience with Safe Passages was as pleasant as it could have been given the circumstances. The only negative was that the box they brought Kookie back in was the wrong finish.
