I sadly had to say goodbye to my horse this past week and it was way too flooded to bury him at home. I called and set up to have Safe Passages assist with cremation. I was blown away by the compassion and assistance by every person I spoke to and met. Thank you all for taking such good care of my boy! I highly recommend this company!

I cannot say enough good things about safe passages. We called them on a Sunday evening after our beloved senior Jax’s condition worsened rapidly over the weekend. They were able to come first thing the next morning to give him the care he needed. The lovely woman who answered the phone was incredibly kind and helpful. The doctor and others that came to the house were so compassionate and made sure it was peaceful for our sweet Jax and the rest of our family. Thank you, safe passages team for making one of the hardest days of our life easier with your professionalism and love.

We lost two of our dogs 10 weeks apart. We used Safe Passages both times. (one through our Vet and one through Bridges Home Euthanasia) Both experiences were above and beyond.
They went out of their way to make sure that both urns matched with the color, size, name placement and paw print size. They hand delivered Diesel back home and were very sincere, friendly and apologetic. The quality of the wooden box, wooden paw print and painted paw print are perfect. Thank you for the attention to details and kindness during this heartbreaking time.

I like Safe Passages because they have available several ways to address the issues a family or individual needs to deal with the loss of a pet. The staff was helpful in making the necessary decisions, comforting me and very gentle in handling my pet when picking her up . We were able to say goodbye to our little fur baby girl in a way that was peaceful and loving. We knew it was time and Dr Katie was so helpful and treated our girl with great respect. Losing Gracie was so sad but SafePassafes made it as easy as that could possibly be.

Our Precious love of our life Dixie had to be euthanized last week. We chose Safe Passages to do it in our home rather then at the Vets office. Its always a sad time but it was so much better for Dixie and us to do it at home and with SAFE PASSAGES. She passed so peacefully and with the love and dignity she deserved. When we received her ashes the entire package was so special that it really showed us the care she was handled with and we greatly appreciated it so much. We thank all involved at SAFE PASSAGES for making a hard time and decision so much better for us.The care and service provided was second to none

Thank you for making such a hard time a little bit easier by picking up my kitty Stella and bringing her back home. Everyone was very compassionate and kind and I felt like she was taken care of. The urn with her name and paw print came out so nice and I couldn’t have asked for a better send off for my Stella.

They were right on time very friendly and compassionate. I would recommend them to anybody.

It was the first time experience for us saying goodbye to our beloved Daisy. The doctor explained everything and assured us that she would cross peacefully and she did. We received her remains just a few days later and a condolence cards. I guess we can say it can’t get any better than that under the circumstances.
