When my previous cat passed away unexpectedly on a Sunday, I was so distraught that I didn’t know what to do. When I googled pet cremations, up popped Safe Passages. From the moment they answered the phone, I knew I had made the right choice. The gal on the phone was so kind and compassionate as she took me through my options, and to my surprise, the offered come pick up my beloved Otis and transport him to their private cremation facility. When he was picked up, he was treated with a level of respect and dignity that any living pet parent would appreciate. My Otis is now home in a lovely urn.

Safe passages demonstrated an exceptional level of kindness and compassion when I experienced the heartbreaking loss of my beloved Little boy Diesel. They provided invaluable support and assistance throughout this distressing ordeal, ultimately reuniting me with my baby boy. I am profoundly grateful to them as their involvement was instrumental in helping me navigate and overcome this challenging situation.

Safe Passages was exactly what I and my precious pet needed. They were compassionate and respectful and provided a peaceful passing, alleviating some of the stress of the event for both of us.

We lost our 13yr old Apollo at home Friday night. My neighbor helped me she googled and called. From beginning phone call so calm and soothing and then they sent tech to pick him up..texted on way. They stayed in touch. They were kind compassionate and loving. They even delivered his ashes home. Driver also kind . If it ever happens to you...call them.

They picked up our pup at 9:30pm after an unexpected discovery that evening. We were heartbroken and they were so kind, caring and gentle with us. Once our little guy Blue was cremated they returned him to me in a nice receiving bag with his cremains, a lovely paw-print keepsake on wood, and a sympathy card with poem. For such a terrible time in our lives, SafePassages was truly a little rainbow. Allowing us yo grieve and they took care of the necessities. Highly recommend. 10/10

Safe passages helped to make one of the most difficult times turn into assurance that my Marley was moving on to a much more peaceful time. They were quick to respond when picking her up. The gentleman treated her gently and had such kind words. Her remains and beautiful memorabilia were delivered back to us in just a few days. I could not have imagined a more special handling of my sweet, sweet girl.
