Askew’s Landing RV Campground

Such a beautiful campground in the most serene setting

We took our grandson camping for his first time, and he had the best time! The staff was very friendly, was available when we needed something and even when we didn't. The grounds are very well kept, pool was clean and open for early April. We only live 6 miles from this campground, but its always a nice get-away that takes 15 minutes to get there. Thanks for some wonderful memories!

Staying here on our way from Central Nebraska to Savannah, Georgia. Absolutely beautiful location. love everything about it. Had we brought grandkids it would have been even better. Has a great little dog park that Marvin enjoyed too!

Great overnight! Beautiful lake and wildlife! A very peaceful restful stay. Family recreation and activities. Nice.

Love it, second time there.

We were only there for 1 night (Harvest Host). It rained heavily. The camp store has some cute items. The staff are super nice. The park is absolutely gorgeous.

Great little RV park. About 20 miles away from Vicksburg but the staff was helpful and friendly. Nice that the first night was discounted for.Harvest Host members. Our site did get a little wet when it rained all night but was dry the next morning.

This place is a true hidden gem! Staff was so nice and accommodating. We loved the dog park and so did Cooper & Princess. Very quiet and peaceful. Had the pleasure of staying 5 nights

Perfect campground nestled on some beautiful acreage. Peaceful and quiet with great hosts! Along with the pond and pool, there are plenty of things to keep you busy. Or just relax like I did. Will definitely return.

Great place to stay in beautiful scenery. I only stayed one night. I didn’t get any pictures but a nice little lake where you can fish or kayak and they even have a little camp store. It’s a little off the beaten path, which is kind of nice only a couple miles from the interstate. Well worth staying and I definitely will book again if I come through here.

Great private campground on small lake. Check in is very friendly and easy. Super campsite. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed as Harvest Host campers and had a great spot with power, water, and sewer. The campground is beautiful with charm. The booking was easy and our host was extremely pleasant. Will come back.

Stopped here for the night in a fifth-wheel. Really pretty, private and tranquil location! Staff were very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

Great place-- kinda wish we could have stayed longer.

We were just stopping for the night but decided we need to come again and stay longer. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The campground is well taken care of and quiet. The sites are large with plenty of room.

Very straightforward, simple sites (not paved and ours was a bit uneven 🤷🏽‍♀️) but BEAUTIFUL campground. The people were very friendly and we had a wonderful stay!

Charlotte, who took my call, was so great, she really makes you feel like you matter & is really fun in person. This campground motto is "it's the Best kept secret" & it is! It really has the WOW factor. Our sight easily accommodated our 40' motorhome & tow vehicle without unhitching. We were escorted to our site by Jason (?), which we really like. He was friendly & told the history about how it used to be a plantation.Water pressure was good, super quiet, people were all friendly. We would definitely come back. * Make sure you don't miss the left turn after you get off the freeway, you'll see a round blue sign with the camper logo.

Wonderful, peaceful stopping place. We are definitely planning a long term stay there. The lake is beautiful and fishing is great.

We stopped here for an overnight and loved it. Well kept park with the friendliest staff. My 5 star rooms is actually for the sites. Ours #27 was perfectly level. Very quiet place for an overnight. Our Golden Retriever gives it 5 paws 🐾. Thank you for a wonderful night's rest.

Beautiful camp ground!!

We only stayed 1 night, but wish we would have stayed for 2 nights. From the signage getting you to the park, check in and even directing you to your space. It’s truly a ‘Hidden Gem’

Friendly service, nice campground with fishing lake, pool and d a great clamping cabin for those who don't like roughing it.
