Askew’s Landing RV Campground

Driving thru and needed a safe and clean place to RV. We texted them, they promptly returned a call, and we were set up in under 5 minutes. Welcome package was left for us with our site highlighted on the map. We like easy peasy, thank you!

The staff at Askew's Landing were friendly and very accommodating. The campground was peaceful and had things that kids could do. We would highly recommend this campground!

We stayed in our 5th wheel in May and the ladies at the front desk are awesome! The campground is convenient to lots of day trips. Just be sure to listen to their directions! Our GPS kept trying to send us on a really sketchy road!

Staff very friendly, took time to show us the site and that the site was ok. Dog park very big. Easy on and easy off would stay there again in my travels

Absolutely beautiful campsite! The staff/owners were very helpful, even opened up the store after hours so we could get bait for our kids. Gorgeous and quiet lake front site (70). Highly recommend.

What a beautiful place and the customer service/Hosts are amazing! There's a lake to fish, a swimming pool, movie night at the pavilion and other amenities. They have beautiful spots for every size rig from tent to super large RVs with pull thru sites large enough to not have to disconnect your tag along and spots in the shade of very mature trees. A truly hidden gem. We will be back!

This park is off the beaten path, pretty and quiet. Info says they are big rig accessible but that is just barely true. Was pretty scary getting in and out with our big rig and the pool was not maintained (it was slimy and green) was a disappointment for our grandson. But if you have a smaller rig this was a very nice place to stay. And the stafff were just lovely

We hosted a retirement party for a coworker here. We rented the pavilion and the glamping cabin. Customer service was phenomenal. Such a pretty location and the cabin was gorgeous. Management even put together a gift basket for the lady we honored. Will absolutely return. 10/10 recommend!

Super fun family owned campground. Tons of things for kids to do. Sites were a little unlevel but nothing we couldn't adjust to. If you follow the directions the campground sends you it is no problem getting there.

Get campground and big rig friendly. Also kid friendly if traveling with little ones.

Follow google maps NOT any other RV apps that try to take you down Goat Hill.

Askews Ferry Landing Campground is in Edwards, MS, about 15 minutes from Vicksburg.  We stayed 3 nights, 1 through our HH membership, the other 2 as regular patrons.  Harvest Host recommends members spend at least $30 on products/services offered by the host locations, so we opted for the full-hook up site for $25 the first night as HH guests.  We paid full price of $45/night for the other evenings.

It is a lovely, family-owned/operated campground, with a lake inhabited by fish, ducks, geese, and even an ibis.  It has a small pool, laundry facility, and a horse hotel as a NEIGHbor.  All the RV sites are back-ins.   The section we were assigned had RV sites back-to-back in 2 rows.  Since no one was in the other row, we were able to pull right through to our site (#38) in the trees (didn’t need to use our solar since we had full hookups).

Hidden gem!

A wonderful hidden gem! Great location right off of I-20, but it still feels so peaceful. Clean facilities, nice saltwater pool, a great fishing lake and best of all the kindest staff! They truly welcomed us like family. From the get go, Mrs. Hollie treated us like she’d known us our whole lives and she is such a kind and caring person. The entire staff truly puts in so much effort and cares about making everyone’s stay special. They have events frequently for both kids and adults. It is a very family friendly environment. We had the best time and look forward to seeing y’all again soon!

We loved our time at Askew’s. Great hookups, clean amenities. Convenient location of I-20! We will be back.

This campground is absolutely beautiful. Great location a few easy miles off I-20 so it is VERY quiet and peaceful. Restrooms are dated but VERY clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

What gem of a place. We stepped out and felt the tranquility of nature immediately.

Really nice place. Host are helpful and pleasant and the property is ideal for couples or a big family. Lots of shade and a big lake for fishing.

Campsite is beautiful and great place to stay.the site are clean and safe, comfortable. Has play ground for child. We had great night camping with out family and friends.the stuff is so friendly and helpful.

Great little stop over RV spot. The lake is beautiful and the park is clean and pretty easy to get in and out. Staff we met were very nice and escorted us to RV spot! Electricity/ water/sewer were in good condition and we had no power problems. Would definitely come back.

Stayed overnight as a spur of the m9ment stop. It is about 3 miles off the beaten path but worth every penny. A little tricky at night. If u need anything, find Terry. He was the best part of our visit. He is a resident, not an employee, but he is super nice and helpful. Thanks, terry!! Beautiful pull thru sites on a private lake. Got in at night but in the morning was in awe. Couldn't be more pleased! Will stay again!!

My Family & I LOVE IT HERE! We have been coming here for at least 25 years & I can’t believe all the improvements that have been made in such a short amount of time! HOLLY, as manager, has REALLY done a lot!!! All of the Activities for kids & adults alike every weekend is an adventure!!

This campsite is beautiful! We arrived at 6:30 after making the reservation an hour earlier on their website Sunday night of Memorial Day weekend. The owner met us at the office and took us to our assigned site. There were several campers that were set up in chairs in the spot and he was super accommodating, moving us to a more quiet spot with a beautiful view of the lake (they were all friends that had been there for several days prior for the holiday weekend. We didn't want to break them up) . The owners of the campsite really want to make sure everyone is happy. The dog park was fabulous! We have a Corgi and Burnese mountain dog that loved running free after being cooped up in the van for the day. The shower facilities and bathrooms were clean and well taken care of. We will definitely stay here again!

Great little get away! Staff super friend down to earth people. If you need ANYTHING they are there to help. My family stayed in the glamping cabin and it was absolutely beautiful 😍 the back yard was big and amazing even had a little spot fenced off porch for your dog 🐕 to the side of cabin you could stand off porch leaving master bedroom and see a little creek with ducks swimming it was refreshing to get out in nature! At night you could hear crickets and frogs from inside the cabin it was like you was secluded In the woods even though your in a camp ground every one was so friendly! I will definitely be back hate I ran out of Bait bc the fish was sure enough biting!

Best rv park in Mississippi hands down! The staff are truly amazing! It's a quiet campground with friendly people! It offers fishing, kayaking and swimming! Plus other little activities the staff take their time to plan. Lake is beautiful and full of ducks and geese not to mention monster size fish! If you love to be out in nature this is the place for you!

Best Family Campsite! Our wild crew has been twice now and we have enjoyed every second of it . The staff is AMAZING and goes above and beyond for every single camper on their site. We will definitely be back ♥️
