Askew’s Landing RV Campground

We've had a wonderful time staying at Askew's Landing. Everything from booking on was easy and comfortable the only hard part will be leaving. I recommend staying at Askew's it is the best kept secret in Mississippi!

We stayed a little over a week here and it was FABULOUS! Beautiful, quiet, lots to do. Fishing, swimming, peddle boats, kayaking, canoes, playground, large and small dog parks. The staff were outstanding and willing to help with anything you need. There's lots of planned activities and a community fireplace along with a picnic table and fireplace at every site.( While we were the we needed a little work on our rv. Caldwells RV Repair was outstanding with same day service and low prices.) Would definitely stay again when we're in the area and will definitely recommend to everyone we know.

Askew’s Landing was beautiful, quiet, serene. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. And the bathrooms/showers were clean, spotless. Highly recommend!!

We stayed at Askew's Landing back in Dec. of 2024. The staff was extremely helpful and the campground was nice and private.

We had the best experience over the weekend, one of the best places for family fun! We enjoyed it so much we booked another trip for memorial weekend while still at the campground. Highly recommend!

Right off of Route,20 in Mississippi. Quick response on availability. Shaded spots but able to use Our star link. They do have Wi-Fi as well.

Hook ups and quiet night. This is a harvest host but for $30 had 30 amp service. Ponds lakes and walking trails and a well equipped camp store

We had such a wonderful stay at Askew’s Landing RV Campground! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home from the start. The park itself is beautiful—quiet, calm, and serene, with a peaceful lake and lovely surroundings. It’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind. We would definitely stay here again!

Our lake spot was beautiful and private. Very peaceful and convenient to all the amenities. We will be back!

Great place for an overnight stop. Lovely setting. Well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. Gravel parking but concrete pad for picnic table. On our list for a future stop.

Quick one night stop over. Very pleasant staff and had a wonderful site. Definitely recommend.

First the good… beautiful peaceful setting, friendly helpful staff. You will want to spend some time here soaking up the peaceful atmosphere. All utilities worked fine.
The not so good for us in a large motorhome. The interior roads are dirt and have some ruts. The parking is on grass/dirt and difficult to level our rig. A long drive , 2 miles with low trees to access the rv park.
Would we return? Yes… and plan on a few days.
We booked this as an overnight stop, and that was our mistake. This park needs a couple of days to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

We spent the weekend at Askews with our grandchildren and this was their first camping trip, there was a lot of fun things to do and our babies had the time of their lives, will highly recommend this place to others and we will definitely plan another camping trip soon. The people who work there were also very helpful and made the experience even better

Arrived after dark per ok by camphost/owner Sandy without reservations. Easy access off I20, but narrow gravel road at lake requires care when meeting oncoming vehicle. Sign in went smoothly, campsite assignment was very convenient. Overnite was quiet by lakeside and departure was smooth. Highly recommend this woodsy campsite!

Nice place but The manger makes the whole place. They are absolutely amazing and one of the main reason to stay!

Well take care of campground with great amenities! Very accommodating when we needed to extend our reservation to take care of some health issues. The lake is beautiful and the staff friendly and helpful.

Friendly hosts. The park is clean and well kept. Very quiet and scenic setting. Would stay here again.

We stayed here two nights on our way to Texas because their reviews are good. We will certainly return if the chance presents itself, along with telling our family about this location. Great place tucked away in the country. Simple jump back onto I-20.

5 Star service, location, and access!

We stayed in the glamping tent and it was AMAZING. Air conditioned, memory foam mattress, and super cute lighting! It’s also literally on the water so you can go fishing as soon as you wake up OR you can rent the kayaks or peddle boat for cheap! I mean who doesn’t want to wake up after camping and immediately enjoy nature? My son (11) really enjoyed the pool and playground as well. There are showers on site and nice bathrooms not far from the campsite. All in all, 10 out of 10 experience would recommend!

Wonderful place to stay. Sandy and her husband do a great job of checking you in and getting you settled. Price was great too!

Wonderfully clean and quiet

Beautiful secluded campsite. Open field with full hookups. Tall trees in certain areas. Pool, pond and large fire pit. Each site has picnic table and fire ring.

Very accommodating and beautiful campground. We called as traveling through and they were able to find the spot we needed for a stop over.

It is beautiful and very well kept. Sandy was so friendly and helpful when we got there. Highly recommend this place.
