I had a pleasant experience with Sal and Robin from Royal Vent Cleaning. One of the first things I mentioned to Sal was we don’t wear shoes in the house and if he wouldn’t mind wearing shoe covers that we provided. He said no problem, even though I realize it’s slightly inconvenient for him as he had to go in and out. He was very professional, explained everything he did to me clearly, and showed me how dirty/clogged my vents were (been a while since we had it cleaned). Prior to Sal’s arrival, my interaction started with Robin and she was extremely knowledgeable and can provide you a with an accurate estimate over the phone.
