Rocky Top put in a new unit for me in June of 2023. I had a few issues beginning in May of this year. I made an appointment and a tech came out within a couple days. He was AWESOME. He identified several issues that the previous install crew messed up. He fixed those issues, then cleaned out the drain line. He wasn’t shy about what the install crew messed up and told me that there would be no charge, not only because it had been less than a year, but because the install crew didn’t do the job they had been expected to do. He explained that there had been significant changes to the install crew since that time and they had a new install manager. I really felt like I could trust this guy and would use him again.
