Rocky Top was excellent and I have no doubt I made the right choice. We recently replaced our package unit, entire home ductwork, and added a dehumidifier to our crawl space.
Brandon came out for the initial scope of work and quote. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions.
Mark the electrician got us setup with additional outlets and switches in the crawl space. The lines and workmanship are top notch!
For our project, Antoine and Marquez are the MVPs. They killed it for 3 days removing and replacing ductwork, setting up a portable AC for my family’s comfort, installing the dehumidifier, and installing the new unit. Very professional and both are excellent ambassadors of the company.

Jessie and Jackson just installed our new hvac. They did a great job! Our new unit works better than the prior unit. They answered all of our questions. They were professional and personable. They cleaned up after the job and explained how to work the new thermostat. They also redid the duct system providing even cooling throughout the house which was an issue from the prior set up. We couldn't be happier and we have a maintenance plan that is affordable and will keep our new system running like a champ! i highly recommend Rocky Top HVAC and give them a solid 5 star rating! Rocky Top HVAC got me scheduled the next day for my leaking HVAC. Paul explained everything to me and showed me what needed to be fixed and fixed it on the spot. Prices for repairs were given prior to the work and everything is unclogged and cleaned up.

Devin showed up fast and check out everything. A+
