Great technicians. We're in the middle of the heat wave but they still managed to get on site the next day.

The issue ended up being a thermostat issue, which the technician resolved. This was a second opinion. The first opinion had an estimate of 17,000. The company with the first opinion is a big company in Knoxville. Be careful of the sponsored ads on Google.

Rocky top HVAC was quick to respond and correct the underline issue.

Our house is older and we are concerned about our air quality. After voicing that concern to the technicians they inform me about some of their air quality products. I'm calling back later this week to schedule an install the air quality products. The air quality products aren't cheap but they aren't that expensive either... It's a manageable cost. And I'm all on board.

We recently had and issue with our AC unit. Being new to town I asked a friend for a recommendation. They suggested Rocky Top HVAC. We called and explained out situation and scheduled the first available appointment. They were able to send a team out the next afternoon. Rocky Top put in a new unit for me in June of 2023. I had a few issues beginning in May of this year. I made an appointment and a tech came out within a couple days. He was AWESOME. He identified several issues that the previous install crew messed up. He fixed those issues, then cleaned out the drain line. He wasn’t shy about what the install crew messed up and told me that there would be no charge, not only because it had been less than a year, but because the install crew didn’t do the job they had been expected to do. He explained that there had been significant changes to the install crew since that time and they had a new install manager. I really felt like I could trust this guy and would use him again.
