Excellent experience with Rocky Top HVAC! The walk-in cooler at my business was having multiple issues. I relayed the issues to the office and they set up a technician inspect the following day. Glenn, the technician, arrived promptly and was very friendly. He clearly communinated the issues and how to resolve them. Glenn also gave me additional tips on ways to maintain my equipment, a nod to his kindness and generosity.
I will definitely use Rocky Top HVAC (and Glenn) next time I have an issue!

I contacted Rocky Top HVAC because my HVAC unit was making a loud noise. They were able to get a technician out the same day. Paul was on time and extremely polite. He was able to repair my HVAC unit the same day and kept me updated through the entire process. I received fast, knowledgeable and friendly customer service from the office and Paul.

Updated 11/2025 - Rocky Top HVAC (Devon and scheduling staff) were very attentive to an urgent heating need and had the problem diagnosed and parts ordered for replacement within the same morning as my initial call.

Mark has been to my house several times for electrical work. All times he has been punctual and very knowledgeable. Very easy to work with - will use him again!

Our natural gas supply line was recently damaged by utility work going on and caused heating system for our downstairs unit to not function. One phonecall and the office dispatched a technician the following day. Devin came out and had the unit up and running within 20 minutes. Very efficient and professional. Rocky Top HVAC also did our install a few years ago. Great company to work with. Highly recommend for any services.
