We've been a customer of Rocky Top Air for about 3 years. They are super proactive in keeping our equipment maintained and whenever we have called for service they are prompt and accommodating. We will always use them for our Heating and Air Conditioning needs.

Mark and Tim did a great job and made sure to get our heat up and running on a snowy day.

Chris did my semi annual maintenance for my hvac system today and provided additional information on services if I need them. I was unfamiliar with the duct work cleaning for my dryer, so I scheduled through him. He is professional and thorough.

Mark came a few minutes after Chris to inspect my electrical system and found it to be in great condition. He then checked some individual outlets and lights, took care of make sure new bulbs were in the spot lights and reset them for use. He, too, was quite professional and thorough.

All in all, a great day at my home from Rocky Top HVAC! Thanks.

Mark, Manny and Scott came by for maintenance and inspection. They were fabulous!

We have been using Rocky Top HVAC for our heat pump maintenance for several years. We have a service contract which means that we get regular service calls to check that the system is working properly. The technicians are well trained, perform the inspection efficiently and provide us with feedback on the health of our unit. I have been quite satisfied with the service that we have received.

In February we had a full inspection -- electrical, plumbing, HVAC. Everyone was courteous and thorough. The plumber fixed a small problem with a bathtub drain. We were very happy with the service we received.

Tim was exceedingly conscientious and courteous and efficient. I truly appreciated his input into my hvac system and keeping it running as well as possible

Chris is great to deal with! He came to check everything in the HVAC system! He is very thorough! He explained everything to us! He made some suggestions. He even looked up a website for us to order filters! I recommend him and Rocky Top Air!!

The Rocky Top techs were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Chris, super nice to work with, explained everything he'd done and told us how the hvac units were working. He also checked with the company that made our HVAC unit and learned that our warranty is good thru April 2034. The young man (sorry, can't remember his name) responsible for plumbing checked everything within his realm of responsibility and was super to work with. He sent a bid for a new hot water heater which we don't need at this time. We are pleased with Rocky Top representatives.

We have been HVAC customers of Rocky Top Heating and Air for 14 years. We have always been more than satisfied with their work and quick response to any problem. Most recently our oven exhaust vent stopped working. We contacted RockyTop electrical division. Mark and Gabe came and diagnosed the problem and helped us determine which parts to order. They have returned to install the parts. The work has been done professionally and efficiently. We highly recommend Rocky Top for electrical as well as heating and air needs.

The Tech.did a great job and was happy to explain things to me. Suggested upgrades. You need to give this guy a gift card or buy his lunch. Employees like this is hard to come by. Thank you.

Rocky Top's service professional, Tim, helped me out today with a furnace repair. He was in constant communication throughout the diagnostic and repair process and he stayed well past 5 pm to complete the job. I'm really glad that Rocky Top sent Tim my way and recommend him highly to others.

Scott did a great job today working on my Mitsubishi mini split. I felt that he was knowledgeable and understood the problems that I described to him. He explained to me the steps he was taking and stated that if the problem was to reoccur, he would come back and try to remedy it. He took the time to make sure the unit was operating correctly under different conditions. He was very polite and thorough in his assessment this evening. I would not hesitate to use either Scott or Tim, who has also always provided great service. Please pass on my thanks to both of these technicians!
