Rocky Top HVAC is the best. I called in and had them come out to help one of my tenants whose A/C had stopped working. When they got there, they couldn't get a hold of me, but still went ahead and did the work anyways. I was so completely appreciative that they would go above and beyond like that to help my tenant even thought they couldn't reach me. I was extremely satisfied with my recent service call. I am so glad I had that service maintenance contract. I’ve had it for several years, but never had to use it! After recently choosing Rocky Top for my annual HVAC contract I spoke with Scott, my technician, about the fact that my condenser unit was sinking into the landscape area where it was located.
Scott brought the issue to the department and they contacted me with a solution on how to remedy this. Scott and a helper recently returned to lift and then level out this area with a gravel and some cork pads to help absorb the motion when the condenser fan is running.
They cleaned out the unit and everything is working in perfect order now! Read more >

Technician Manny was very thorough! I reported a smoke smell when the ac was on.
Manny checked the outside unit and reported that it was functioning properly & very clean. He looked n the duct work and found nothing. Manny went n the crawl space, nothing. Finally Manny went up n the attic and found a kitchen can light covered with insulation. It was hot and probably the origin of the smoke smell.
I can't say enough the dedication of Manny to find my smoke problem.
