They do a decent job. We have been using them for over 10 years. The package unit they installed from Trane is now off warranty and is expensive to repair.

My only gripe with them is that by their own acknowledgement they undersized the ductwork when they did the initial installation and duct upgrades. They have come back with estimates for upgrades but having paid them once for duct installation, I feel they had their shot. Read more >

We recently built a 24’ x 28’ workshop. Because of the distance, the price to run power from the house to the workshop was prohibitive. I contacted Rocky Top HVAC. They sent their head electrician, Mark Flatford, to work with me on a quote.
Mark was professional, knowledgeable and a great communicator. He worked with us to explore alternate means of powering the shop. He answered our questions and made several suggestions without being pushy. In the end, Mark was able to provide an excellent product within our budget and on time.

As a result of this experience, we had Mark return to do three smaller projects in our home with the same great results.
