Repeated great service with Tim.

I have been a customer with Rocky Top for more than 15 years. I had called to schedule my spring tuneup and they were able to get me on their schedule when it was convenient for me. My technician, Jamal, was extremely courteous and 100% professional. He knows his stuff too!

Rocky Top Air did a great job in checking, repairing and cleaning our dryer vent. Our dryer vent goes vertically up through to the roof 20 feet. The duct work had separated and not properly connected spewing any lint into the attic space. This was corrected by using proper metal clamps along with any cleaning to ductwork and attic floor. (This could be a fire hazard if not corrected) The remaining duct to dryer connection was inspected and cleaned. This was a very thorough job that we highly recommend Rocky Top Air for not only just cleaning but inspecting and repairing any problem hazards.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Rocky Top HVAC technician Ben. Form my standpoint his work was outstanding. From start to finish, he demonstrated a high level of professionalism, expertise, and dedication.

I am a senior citizen and have been using Rocky Top Air for years as I have the service contract with them. they come out and check my aging units both heat and air..and do a great job .they are on time and very efficient in their knowledge of my units! they do not try to upsell you more than you can afford. and on this date April 9,2015 Fred sat down with me in detail giving me tips on running my AC that I never knew. He was great and knows his "stuff" I will ask for him personally from now on! good job guys! very pleased with the service I got!..Anne Knoxville Tn
