Kudos to Travis & Blake for the recent install my new HVAC unit! The duo were very professional & worked well together. Travis made sure the unit was fully operational when the install was finished & explained everything to me in detail. Blake did an awesome job as well & answered any other questions I had. Your company should be very proud to have a service technician as knowledgeable and considerate as Brian. I am partially disabled and when my heat went out i had a real problem. Rocky Top has always been so reliable and Brian was the most caring service person i have ever had on any home repairs or service. He is a real asset for your company.

RockyTopAir always does good work and charges fair prices. There service technicians are personable and very competent!!! They even cleanup afterwards which is unusual for HVAC Contractors!!! I’d highly recommend them for commercial and residential projects.

Tim the Technician came today. He was very thorough and ended up saving significant $$$ from the anticipated outcome of a Snow Storm failure. Rocky Top responded timely and took care of our equipment. A trustworthy company.

I lost heat the first night of the snow and frigid temps they responded same day but had to order a part. My house was so cold. The technician, Charlie, was so professional and treated me like family. He helped me with my gas fireplace (since it hadn’t been used in many years) so that I could have some type of heat. It wasn’t enough to heat my house but it kept the living room warm. In a few days I had heat back and so grateful. the office staff , Camilla and Mariah, kept me posted on status of the part and ETA of repair. I am a member of RTA and have been pleased with their service checks and I recommend anyone to contact them for HVAC service. Please stay away from those “big box” companies. Charlie fixed my problem and didn’t try to pressure me into buying something I didn’t need. I also appreciated he was able to get to my house in all the ice and snow. Thank you is not enough.

Charlie was amazing!! THE HEAT IN MY HOME IS BACK WORKING!!! Im not sure what happened that caused my heat to go out, but my house was 39 degrees, and it was 27 degrees outside. My little ones and I are thankful. Especially since he came out during bad weather. Thanks to the girls in the office camilla and Mariah for sending him my way.

Charlie came out to get our upstairs gas furnace back online when the rollout sensors were tripping with no visible rollout. After some trouble shooting he quickly walked through a series of tests to get it back online and gave a quote to hopefully correct the issue long term. Polite and knowledgeable, excited to have them back out!

Charlie, the Service Technician, went above and beyond, cleared snow away from unit and was knowledgeable and efficient. He was aware and concerned about safety issues. The women in the office, Camilla and Mariah were so responsive, caring and helpful. Everyone kept us well informed as they responded during a 10 inch snow fall. The first tech slid off the road in a ditch (unharmed) so it was evident the company was responsive under challenging conditions.

Charlie, the technician, is so knowledgeable and personable. The office staff, Camilla,Mariah, and Shannon are always helpful when we have a concern. During the extremely cold weather everyone worked together to see that we had the best technician. We are very pleased with the prompt repair and communication.

Our heat went out and our house dropped down to 40 degrees! We have been customers with Rocky top for a year now and so we called them up and Shannon from the office made sure to get us on the schedule as soon as possible. Scott is our usual tech, but he was booked out so Charlie helped out and did a great job for us!

Tim is an excellent representative of Rocky Top! He is courteous and knowledgeable, and he explains clearly the problem and its solution.

They were extremely responsive to our recent inquiry and helped us take care of our heating concerns within a 24-hr window. We were impressed with the level of professional care and expertise. Rocky Top HVAC has one of the hardest working teams I know! They spend time with you on the phone explaining options and back up their servicing claims! After discussing the importance of routine servicing, they come or call like clock-work!

I have been using them a while and they are fantastic. The girls I've talked to over the phone, Mariah and Camilla have been amazing. And the guy who recently came out, Charlie, was a life saver! I absolutely recommend them. Super fast, efficient and honest.

Update 12/14/2023: I would like to come back add to my review and shout out Camille and Moriah that work in the office now that I know their names. They were so sweet and understanding when it came to how many times I called the office asking questions and with helping me troubleshoot and adjust to our new thermostat (which is awesome BTW) and I really appreciated they treated me like a person and didn’t get annoyed. So thank you to them for all they do and being so wonderful and helpful!

It’s rare to find local businesses that you want to go a leave a review for anymore but Rocky Top Air is awesome!! Our A/C went out at the worst possible time in this heat and they were really quick to get us scheduled. Tim that came out was professional respectful and didn’t try and oversell us on anything. He even took the time to explain everything he was doing in a way we understood...

We have been on the maintenance plan for years with Rocky Top. We love our technician Tim but every technician we have had out is knowledgeable and professional. The office staff is always so pleasant when we call. They are always honest and never try and upsell. I would recommend them to everyone.
