We have used this company for several years. They have always been very attentive and responsive to our HVAC needs. Last week we had an emergency. I called them late Friday afternoon and Tim was here that night. Best technician ever! I would recommend them highly!

There was a small issue on arrival time when I made the appointment I was told one time to expect the technician and it was changed to something else. I am one of the few people who do not have a cell phone and they probably tried to text my landline. I called and everything was taken care of. The technician, Scott, called me when he was on his way and did an excellent job when he got here.

I called because the heat in my home I purchased, and have been living in for 2 months stopped working. My service technician was Jamal, who was very professional and courteous. He helped explain to me the workings of the unit. He advised me of services that should be done to keep it working properly and checked when it was installed, finding that I do still have a warranty on the unit. Because of my experiences with Jamal I agreed to the maintenance plan to have him service it through the year. Luckily it was an easy fix today and I hope that continues. Thank You!
