Rocky Top HVAC has one of the hardest working teams I know! They spend time with you on the phone explaining options and back up their servicing claims! After discussing the importance of routine servicing, they come or call like clock-work!

I have been using them a while and they are fantastic. The girls I've talked to over the phone, Mariah and Camilla have been amazing. And the guy who recently came out, Charlie, was a life saver! I absolutely recommend them. Super fast, efficient and honest.

Update 12/14/2023: I would like to come back add to my review and shout out Camille and Moriah that work in the office now that I know their names. They were so sweet and understanding when it came to how many times I called the office asking questions and with helping me troubleshoot and adjust to our new thermostat (which is awesome BTW) and I really appreciated they treated me like a person and didn’t get annoyed. So thank you to them for all they do and being so wonderful and helpful!

It’s rare to find local businesses that you want to go a leave a review for anymore but Rocky Top Air is awesome!! Our A/C went out at the worst possible time in this heat and they were really quick to get us scheduled. Tim that came out was professional respectful and didn’t try and oversell us on anything. He even took the time to explain everything he was doing in a way we understood...

We have been on the maintenance plan for years with Rocky Top. We love our technician Tim but every technician we have had out is knowledgeable and professional. The office staff is always so pleasant when we call. They are always honest and never try and upsell. I would recommend them to everyone.

Arrived just a couple of hours after I called in. He found the problem quickly and reset the HVAC. GOOD JOB.

We have continued to be pleased with the friendly professionalism of the Rocky Top AC service technicians that come for the semiannual maintenance visits. Charlie was very thorough and courteous and are presently waiting on the follow up service to address a preventive service interruption in the future. That is what preventive maintenance plans are intended to do, and it has worked for us these past 9 years.

Charlie was professional and answered all my questions. He finished his inspection in a reasonable time frame.

The technicians were courteous and accomplished the semiannual maintenance that was required.

Scott is a fantastic technician. He was able to perform a “temporary workaround” with our system so that we had heat until the repair could be made.

Our technician Charlie McCarty was very professional and helpful during his maintenance visit. His attention to detail and experience helped us install a new thermostat with no problems! Can’t recommend this company enough.

EXCELLENT service received by Rocky Top Air - called this morning and by 2PM the issue with my HVAC unit was repaired at a much lower cost then I thought. Charlie McCarty - Service Technician - immediately diagnosed the issue and got it fixed quickly and efficiently. He also explained the service plan available and it's benefits without being too pushy. 5 star service - highly recommend them for your needs.

Charlie was my tech!! He advised me he was enroute and arrived with 15 minutes. I explained the problem and he went straight to work. Within a few minutes he had it working again, but checked other stuff to make sure it wouldn't happen again!!!

Can’t remember the technicians name but he was super professional and transparent with pricing and what needed to be fixed and what could wait since we are at the end of summer.. didn’t try and oversell us on anything. I got scheduled the same day. The tech was professional, fast, and thorough. Rates are reasonable and I am very happy
